Excellent apartment in a non-tourist city. We came to our relatives with our extended family and started looking for a place to stay - we found this option. The owner postponed all business and settled us exactly according to the time of our arrival in the city, for which special thanks. It was clean, cozy and everyone had a place to stay. The apartment is suitable for permanent residence, it feels like the owners approach the details with warmth and trepidation. There are all the amenities, a separate fee for the coffee machine is excellent grain coffee! There is a washing machine, a dryer, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin. There is Wi-Fi, good Internet speed. I will keep in touch, we will contact you. I recommend.

maximum coziness, maximum comfort and maximum chances to oversleep everything, because you sleep damn well here!) the apartment has everything you need for life and even a little bit for happiness: the air conditioner saves you from the heat, the coffee machine with grain energizes you, the washing machine and dryer seem to hint: "live here as long as you want"! the owner is a sweetheart, polite and attentive, it feels like he didn't just rent the house, but really wants you to feel good.) There is a painting in the kitchen from the owner's daughter. the cuteness is maximum, I immediately wanted to ask where to get the same one. Or at least a daughter to draw too . Everything is clean, cozy, the neighbors are quiet (or we were drinking coffee too loudly and just didn't hear them). And yet! Attention! the apartment has a bench for the press. of course, we came up, touched it, sighed and moved on, but the fact itself warms the soul))) in short, the place is great, I advise everyone - especially those who want a little comfort, coffee and pleasant bonuses like sports equipment, which you can proudly not use.

The apartment exceeded all expectations — cozy, clean and well renovated. All the amenities are thought out to the smallest detail, and the equipment is modern and functional. I especially liked how the hosts treat their guests — they are hospitable, always in touch and ready to help. We enjoyed our stay very much – we will recommend it to our friends! It is very unexpected to find such a level in Osipovichi! The toaster was very useful – the breakfast was made quickly and tasty! There is even some stock of products (cereals, porridges, spices, vegetable oil, etc.) I recommend to everyone who appreciates comfort. Wifi is fast. The TV is big
