We had a family vacation from 07/12/26 to 07/24/26. Eleven days of heavenly climate and comfort in a triple room overlooking the sea flew by like an instant, leaving behind a feeling of complete reboot. It was the perfect combination of privacy, care, and immaculate Black Sea landscapes. Our room has become a real cozy nest for these week and a half. The main hit of the room is the huge windows and balcony facing directly onto the coast of Kobuleti. Every morning we started by opening the curtains and letting in the panorama of the endless blue sea and the fresh breeze. And in the evenings we gathered on the balcony to watch the incredible sunsets under the sound of the surf. The modern interior, comfortable beds and perfect cleanliness made the rest as wonderful as possible. Each of the 11 days started with excellent breakfasts. The hotel was pleased with the delicious, fresh and varied food at home. Juicy local fruits and hot fresh pancakes provided the perfect energy boost for the whole day. That's the case when you go to breakfast with anticipation and pleasure. People created a special atmosphere of warmth and comfort. From the very first minute, we felt the sincere, cordial Georgian hospitality that this country is so famous for. The caring hotel staff treated us not just as guests, but as close friends. Any request was fulfilled instantly. Due to the hotel's convenient location on the first coastline, our day was built around the sea and complete relaxation. Morning: Breakfast and lazy hours on a clean, spacious beach just a few steps away from the hotel. Day: Cool off by the manicured outdoor pool on the territory, where you could hide from the midday heat. Evening: Walks along the Kobuleti embankment and quiet family gatherings on your own balcony. Eleven days at AnOrita is a story about how the expectations of an ideal seaside vacation completely coincided with reality, leaving the warmth of Caucasian cordiality in the heart.

A great hotel, beautiful grounds, a gorgeous covered rooftop terrace with a large number of tables + a hammock, the children loved spending time there, and we watched the sunsets. The hotel has a convenient elevator, free access to beach towels, and a Jacuzzi in the pool area. The pool was cool in early June and so was the sea, as it had rained the day before, so we couldn't fully enjoy it. But the sun was shining, so we sunbathed by the water. There is practically no infrastructure near the hotel, but during our check-in, portioned breakfasts were organized for an additional fee (they were delicious), it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the nearest shops and cafes, or a taxi (it's cheap). We checked into a family room with two rooms, the view from one room was directly on the sea, and from the second on the pine trees, the pool and a side view of the sea. So I concluded that it is better to take a side view of the sea surrounded by greenery, because a more secluded balcony and shade. And a direct sea view is, first of all, a view of the road, the heat all day and the proximity to other balconies (there is no privacy). As for the room, towels or a toilet paper tray are not changed daily only on request, but they were done quickly. At 22.00, if any of the guests are making noise or listening to music loudly, they were asked to turn it off or move outside the hotel (I think this is correct). The beach is sparsely populated, the shore and entrance are small pebbles (corals can be taken for complete comfort). There is an excellent well-groomed embankment from the hotel to the very center with beautiful vegetation, great for walking

I am lowering the rating only because there is no payment by card, and the nearest ATM for cash withdrawal is only at the bus station ( Otherwise, everything is fine, we stayed for a few days in early August (we were passing through): a room with a view of the sea and sunsets. Clean, cozy, a balcony with a table and chairs. The cabinet was a little weak, the doors didn't close well ( Sun beds on the beach are always freely available, beach towels are on the 1st floor. The weather is good, we didn't use the pool, we went to the beach. The nearest few cafes are 5-7 minutes on foot, and there are convenience stores nearby. We walked three times a day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, because they accepted cards there without any problems. In the evening, a covered veranda with live music.
