We got in touch very quickly, and they sent me many different bouquet options based on my wishes. I ordered it from another country, and there were no problems at all. We collected the most beautiful and delicate bouquet! We agreed to help with combining the gift - I sent a gift certificate and my own postcard. They even signed a postcard at my request. In general, they are very responsive and everything is done perfectly! Everything was delivered on time and in the best possible way!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Anya for her amazing work! I needed to arrange for a bouquet to be delivered to the hotel to wish my mother a happy birthday — and remotely, from Russia. Ani did not just assemble a delightful floral arrangement, but accompanied the whole process from beginning to end.: I was in touch all the time, promptly answered all questions. I have chosen a more profitable courier delivery option She explained in detail how to make a payment to a foreign card from the Russian Federation, and gave clear, understandable instructions. Communicating with Anya left an incredible delight — as if you were talking to a close friend who sincerely and wholeheartedly tries to help at every stage. The bouquet was delivered to my mother on time, it was exactly as I imagined — beautiful and soulful + Ani sent photos and videos of the assembled composition and added a postcard of her own production, signing our congratulations. I would gladly and wholeheartedly recommend this floral salon to Anya personally! Feedback from the bottom of my heart, your immensely happy client surrounded by care)))

I am so grateful to Anna for the most wonderful bouquet for my mother. We decided to celebrate my birthday in Yerevan, but we live in St. Petersburg. I wrote a message 10 days before the anniversary, they picked up a bouquet with all my wishes, and added a postcard. Everything was delivered to the hotel clearly and on time. Mom was delighted, the bouquet flew safely to St. Petersburg and then to Karelia and stood for another 10 days, that's what high-quality and fresh flowers mean. Thank you very much.

I would like to thank Anya from the bottom of my heart and recommend her flowers to everyone. She has amazing taste, and she is really sensitive to choosing flowers for a bouquet. The bouquet I ordered from her was incredible: the harmony of color, texture, bouquet design, postcard, everything was perfect. Every detail shows that literally every twig was chosen with love. I was very pleased with the service: the communication is very friendly and responsive, and the very neatness and attention to detail literally touched me. Ani Floral Salon is one of the few ways to please a loved one in Yerevan. If you are not in Armenia yourself, it is very convenient to pay for and organize everything remotely. It feels like it's not just a job for Anya, it's taking care of people through flowers. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to give sincere joy and express their feelings from a distance and make it really beautiful!

Ani Floral Salon is 100 out of 10! I sincerely thank Anya for her professionalism, individual approach and sensitivity. We ordered a bouquet from Moscow for our business partner in Yerevan, a beautiful woman. I contacted Ani in a telegram, she sent a video of bouquets, helped to sort out the money transfer. Ani creatively approached the production of the bouquet, took into account all the wishes, and after looking at our partner's website, advised on the choice of colors and colors. Ani, you're just an artist! An incredibly beautiful bouquet was stylishly decorated in a large box. It is clear that the flowers are the freshest. A bonus from Anya was a handmade postcard signed by hand with our wishes. Ani was constantly in touch. On the eve of the presentation, I sent a video of the finished bouquet. On the day of delivery, I sent a screenshot of the courier's trip. After handing over the bouquet, I called the client to find out if everything was in order. The birthday girl really liked our bouquet!!! Ani, with your help, we managed to evoke unforgettable emotions in the birthday girl. We wish your salon prosperity and many grateful customers. I would like to add that it was a pleasure to communicate with you. Thank you for your attention and sensitivity... May your sincere attitude towards work and people return to you with kindness a hundredfold. I heartily recommend Ani Floral Salon.
