I went to this "salon" to get advice from the administrator with a further appointment for the service (hair coloring). I was greeted by a woman who made it clear to me with all her appearance and conversation that I was not welcome here. When asked about the price, she replied, "Don't ask me anything, I don't know anything." I reached for my business card with the question "should I write or call?", she replied "I don't need to call anywhere." I barely got the price out of her. She took out a folder and started counting.. He asks me, "do I need to wash my hair and blow dry?" - this is not included in their coloring. I wonder how you can dye your hair without washing it? With the MOST displeased face, she gave me the price and said that it could change by the end of the month. Rave! The service is zero, I do not recommend the maximum

I highly DO NOT recommend this hairdressing salon!!! I had hair just below my shoulders with slightly split ends, the request was to remove the ends by 2-3 centimeters and around the face.... The master eventually took a lot off the top of my head, left a length of 10 centimeters on the top of my head, and now everything sticks out, even with styling... Avoid this place!

I was very unhappy with the result I explained to the master in advance that I just wanted to trim the ends exactly, and asked him to remove a very small amount of hair. In the end, I got exactly what I asked for: my hair was cut unevenly, somewhere shorter, somewhere longer, and there were some layers along the entire length, although I did not ask for a cascade or any other form of haircut. Separately, I would like to understand the issue of cost. They wrote that cutting the tips costs up to 15 rubles, but in the end I paid 37 rubles. Perhaps this cost was due to the fact that the master trimmed the hair in front. But even in this case, I would like to understand what exactly makes up such a price. I wanted a smooth cut, but I ended up with a cascade. I wrote with this question. In the end, they replied that I had explained it wrong to the master, and the price was not justified. If it were possible to put 0 stars, I would have done so.
