In general, staying at the hotel is quite comfortable, but the feelings are mixed. Not on 5. There were questions about the staff. At breakfast, at the entrance, there were 3 people standing at the counter for a meeting, and everyone was asking questions, then no one, and there was a problem getting to the table to be served. Besides you, seagulls who love omelets and bacon will hunt for food. The wrong drink was being served in the lounge on the top floor. Someone's faucet could be heard humming in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is good, close to the embankment and shops. There's a beautiful view up there. I liked the lobby.

The hotel is after renovation, excellent location, stylish rooms. But!!! The service is just terrible! They took away towels, did not bring new ones, cleaning for 3. The concierge forgot to book a restaurant in his own hotel :)).

They stole the top from the beach kit! I didn't expect this from 5 stars in Nice! Now I understand that it's good that the jewelry and money were in the safe! The situation is simply unworthy of a hotel of this level! We booked 2 rooms with a sea view, we were initially accommodated in rooms with a view of the courtyard, we had to figure it out! As a result, they were relocated! The rooms are dust-free, the plastic flowers on the table are dirty, and the table on the balcony is streaked with gray dirt. Bottles of water, as if they had been lying around for several years! Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner cannot be squeezed out of the bottle, I had to unscrew the lid! The beach is paid - they asked us 70€ per person, even though we came at closing time! In general, I do not recommend it, the hotel disappointed! A beautiful view at breakfast, which was ruined by wasps! Everyone comes to the tables on the balcony closer to the sea, and then you have to run away from there, because the wasps do not give you the opportunity to have breakfast.
