I stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time, the first time was in 2022, so I will write down the general impressions and in comparison with the previous trip. In short, last time I was delighted with the hotel, but now it feels like the level has sunk. I choose this hotel because of its convenient location and the price-quality ratio. First of all, a multi-storey building is being built right in front of the hotel, which has blocked all the sun in the rooms and on the veranda of the restaurant. The constant noise of construction during the day and the dust, which is also not very pleasant. The rooms themselves are spacious, with everything you need. In general, it is clean, towels and bathrobes are already worn by time, the bed linen is very fresh. One of the disadvantages is the surface cleaning and the absence of an extra piece of soap or toilet paper in the room, each time you need to call the reception and ask them to bring it. Breakfast takes place on the 7th floor of the hotel, there is an open and closed part of the restaurant, on our first trip it was renovated. Breakfast is a buffet, you can also order dishes from eggs, pancakes or cheesecakes from the menu, they will bring fresh and hot. The dishes on the buffet are poorly heated, the staff does not monitor the filling of the plates. We came to empty plates a couple of times and there was basically nothing to eat. The coffee machine is also malfunctioning, which they can't set up properly in any way: it pours coffee, then just pours milk, etc. The staff is friendly, solves problems, but somehow everything is a bit lame with the service. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and I still recommend it, but there are nuances))

I was in Bishkek for a few days. I liked the city and the people, but I didn't like the hotel. He doesn't answer his stars. The main complaint is cleaning the room. They threw away what they didn't ask for. They didn't clean where they needed to. A room was booked for an adult and a child, this moment was not taken into account at all. No toothbrush, no extra bathrobe and slippers. But I would like to mention the opportunity to visit the spa and gym, but there is also a special feature in the neighboring building. Otherwise, I recommend it, especially the breakfasts, the location and the friendly staff. Everything is on the level here! Thanks!

I am staying at the Ambassador Hotel for the umpteenth time. The hotel is excellent, the staff is very helpful, the rooms are always clean, even there are scales, I can't get 5 stars to give scales, but here all rooms have them. There is a huge selection for breakfast, and most importantly there is a custard tea, not a bagged one. But that's not all, there is a Times Bar restaurant on the top floor, the food there is just excellent, Beshbarmak is just super!!!! khachapuri on a super thin dough and a lot of filling, the restaurant has very polite and professional waiters, what else do you need for a good dinner?!!!!!

It is difficult to call this hotel a 4-star, 3 and even that is a stretch. The breakfasts are monotonous. Room cleaning, this is garbage removal and bed linen replacement. During the 2 weeks of stay, the carpet was never vacuumed. The plumbing needs to be repaired. Replenishment of hygiene products, only upon request at the reception. Which was very annoying, washing your hands with soap the size of a grain of sand. The mini bar was also replenished upon request, or once every 2-3 days. The restaurant at the hotel is decent. The location is good, in the city center. The staff is friendly. A double bed is two beds connected. The second time choosing between hotels, I would have chosen another one. The price does not match the quality.
