I rarely write reviews, but I want to share this place. I found a new establishment in the very center of Borjomi. The location turned out to be almost perfect: next to a huge Playground, a spacious terrace, and from the inside — the shore of the Kura. Fresh air, beautiful view and the feeling that you can sit for hours. The room itself is impressive: ceilings of about five meters, four massive marble columns and panoramic windows on three sides. The space turned out to be really beautiful. There were some pleasant discoveries about the kitchen. I especially liked the assorted phali: spinach, tomatoes, eggplant and ... for the first time in my life I tried phali from pickled onions. Very unusual and interesting. Decorate the dish with balls of mchadi — it looks spectacular. Georgian-style vegetable salad is served here with green adjika. It's a simple solution, but the taste becomes completely different — I recommend you try it. Imeretian-style khachapuri is decent: thin dough and cheese literally to the brim. Mozzarella cheese sticks are big and juicy. Club sandwiches are also impressive in size, served with French fries. Chicken breast with blackberry sauce on a pillow of mashed potatoes is just a good, solid option without trying to surprise. But the pork shish kebab turned out to be really successful, and a good shish kebab is not so common today. BOMB desserts)) The only drinks were water and coffee — we arrived with the children. In terms of atmosphere, this is more of a stylish modern bar with a cool atmosphere, a cozy background, good cuisine and a place to meet friends or a large company than a family cafe. Although due to the location next to the playground, I'm sure there will be a lot of families here. One of the minor disadvantages is that I didn't see a high chair. It was relevant for us. I would like to mention the service separately. The staff welcomes you right from the doorstep, which, unfortunately, is still not so common in Georgia. They are all young, very friendly, and sincerely involved in their work. They communicate calmly and confidently in Georgian, Russian and English. I wish the team success. In today's difficult times for the restaurant business, it's especially nice to see projects that really have your heart and soul invested in.

We were looking for a place to celebrate a birthday all over Borjomi: we went to different establishments, but neither the atmosphere nor the atmosphere responded anywhere. And here we were greeted with such warmth, which we had not felt before in Georgia. In the morning we came to "explore", ordered coffee, and were delighted. Amazing coffee, beautiful terrace, very nice dishes. In the evening, we returned to celebrate the birthday, and it went exactly as we wanted: delicious, beautiful and kind. At first, the menu seemed small to us, but everything we ordered was really delicious. I especially liked the phali, khachapuri and pork kebab. But the main thing here is people. The staff sincerely tries to make the guests feel good, and it is felt in every detail. Thank you for our evening and for your attitude! If someone had asked me where to go to Borjomi, I would have sent them here without hesitation. Against the background of this place, the rest of the establishments that we looked at simply faded.

The 4 cheese pizza was delicious, the lemonade, the negroni too. A hair was found in the burger at the end. The barbecue was terrible - fat and bones, they didn't eat it, they didn't include it in the bill. The waitress was very apologetic. The interior and dishes are pleasant.

It's a very pleasant place. The menu is small but succinct, there is no khinkali. We tried the club sandwich, tomato soup and chicken breast kebab - everything is delicious and not too greasy.

We stopped by Borjomi in search of coffee, and we didn't miss out, a very pleasant place, good coffee, desserts! Pleasant service and of course an outdoor terrace, very atmospheric, we recommend👍🏻
