Great place to stay on layovers from ALA! Clean, passable rooms, with Wi-Fi and breakfast. Staff largely speaks Russian and Kazakh, though some know English, but are generally willing to navigate any language barrier. Only takes cash and Kaspi Pay, but an ATM is available at the airport. No vending available, but only a moment’s walk from a nearby grocery store.

An ordinary 3 star hotel for such small money. Near the airport, quiet rooms, good and friendly stuff. But the hotel needs to renovate the rooms, especially in the bathrooms. Old wallpapers, furniture and cracked tile. Also the guest has to spill water for 15 minutes to make it hot. And please, will put the hair dryer to each room😄

A quiet place away from the city, but within walking distance from the airport. The room is normal, but the price/quality ratio is a little short, they paid less for the same room in the city center, and the breakfast there was better. By the way, they offer porridge for breakfast (the oatmeal was too sweet) and scrambled eggs with sausage (salted). The room has a kettle, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, WiFi, a TV, a bathrobe and a bath towel were given 1 pc, although 2 people were accommodated. If you are flying in transit and comfort is not so important to you, then you can spend the night here.

Nice hotel, no frills. The rooms are nice and clean. Convenient location near the airport. I was glad that there are scales near the reception. It's important for me) towels, soap, shower set and teeth cleaning. The wallpaper is collective farm, but it doesn't shake your eyes in person. One of the disadvantages is that there is no refrigerator in the room.

But for a long stay, the proximity to the airport is a minus, because the noise from the planes is decent, and it takes 1.5 hours by bus to get to the center. The staff is pleasant. Pros- very close to the airport at 3 a.m. in 15 minutes on foot. They settled in quickly. The room is clean and there is a washing kit. We took a room with breakfast. Breakfast is certainly strange, someone was given scrambled eggs with sausage and salad , and whether it was millet porridge . They didn't give us a salad for something. The porridge is delicious. Black or green tea to choose from with milk. Disadvantages there is no butter or jam for tea, There is dry bread, this is no longer comme il faut. Generally on the fourth. From the airport to the hotel is a 6-minute walk (the asphalt is new). We lived for three nights. We checked in at six in the morning. The room is 2-bedded (N 613). There is an air conditioner (not included), a grid on the window. Alas, there is no kettle (not critical) and ... a refrigerator (which is a pity). There are shampoos and toothbrushes in the shower. Slippers for small feet. The linen and towels are new. There are 60 channels on TV. Breakfast: fried eggs with sausage or porridge (large portion), tea bags or instant coffee, bread. The staff always meets your wishes. Due to a leak from the top floor, we had to move into room 603 for one night. There was already a kettle in this room.

I checked into the hotel before 10:00. The girl in the dining room asked for a breakfast voucher, but they did not give it at the reception, they said it was late, although breakfast is from 08:00-10:00. The rooms have not been renovated for a long time. Hot water is a little warm. The shower is not working properly, it barely flows! The water in the sink hardly goes away. The toilet brush is rusty, dirty and broken. The tile in the shower is broken. The wires for the antenna to the TV simply stick out of the wall. The mattress of the bed is like a concrete slab! The pillow is like a bag of chips (size). The batteries in the TV remote control were chewed and the cover was lost. We haven't heard about comfort here. It's all for 24,000 tenge(5,000₽) - what is this price for? The only plus is there is Wi-Fi and I was surprised, it's free! One star is a plus to the fact that the walk from the airport is no more than 10 minutes. Don't be fooled by the taxi drivers at the entrance, I was led, the first time in Almaty I drove for 5000 tenge (the company pays). I came back on foot and didn't even break a sweat. And so if there are a lot of suitcases, you can get there for 1000 + /- tenge. Use Yandex. taxi, real prices (not advertising). Good luck!
