Good delivery service. We ordered cargo from Bishkek to Russia. Weight 12 kg came out 2000 rubles. On July 15, the cargo was shipped, on the 28th it was already in Moscow and it was sent to Krasnodar, before shipping, they clarified a convenient shopping center for me. The only negative is that the website and the application are not working. It's very inconvenient. Otherwise, you can write to the manager in WhatsApp and specify where the cargo is currently located. In general, I'm happy, it turned out to be inexpensive. Thanks a lot to this cargo. I looked at the reviews and was afraid that the product would take forever for me, but in fact everything came quickly.

I never recommend anyone to get involved with this crazy office! On September 10, a shipment was sent to me from Bishkek to Novosibirsk with a delivery to another city. Today is October 23rd, where the cargo is unknown. They don't pick up the phone, they don't answer WhatsApp, and if you're lucky and you get through, they tell you a new story every time. In the application, it feels like the cargo is rolling in a circle around the border. If you want to save your nerves and money, never get involved!

Where the cargo is unknown, it is constantly ignored! They'll say one thing, then another. For 2.5 months I've been trying to figure out which car is loaded! No inspection reports, nothing! As a result, they wrote that the cargo was in Moscow, let's go... we stood in traffic for 2 hours to be informed that the cargo was still on the way! Then, after swearing, they said that he was from another warehouse! Let's go there, and instead of 4 thousand rubles for delivery on the invoice, they announce the cost of 1 BAG of 70 kg, almost 18 thousand rubles! It's more expensive if I had carried the SDEK express by plane for 1 day it would have arrived. 18 THOUSAND RUBLES. No information, no notifications. They put it in front of the fact, they don't give it back. It's called.... I strongly recommend not using this company. Spare your nerves!

I was issued a visa on October 5th. The cargo was scheduled to arrive in Moscow on October 10-11. On October 10, the managers wrote that the cargo would arrive in the evening and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. it would be possible to pick up from their warehouse. In the evening of the same day, they wrote again that the cargo would arrive in the evening. From 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., it will be possible to pick up From the GARDENER, not from the warehouse.
