The breakfasts are delicious, the prices are reasonable. If you are going to visit your son in a unit, then this is a great place, the unit is a 5-minute walk away. We were on 19.06-21.06 during our motorcycle tour of the Caucasus. The room is clean, everything is there, only the wifi was a little buggy. The hospitable hostess Galina Georgievna told the story of the country, advised interesting places to visit on the first day. On the second day, I organized a magnificent twelve-hour tour of South Ossetia (for which I would like to thank our guide Dzhambulat - lunch in the mountains, a trophy raid to a high-altitude lake is simply amazing). I really liked the hotel! We booked in advance (we were going to take the oath, July 2025) I wrote on Whatsapp, the hostess called back herself. I even sent him home on the phone, told him how I usually let the guys go, that I could come to the hotel with him, etc. We arrived earlier than 14.00, settled in without any problems... The hotel is located in a quiet location! (which is important when driving 1300 km and you want to relax). To the part of 7 minutes on foot. There is parking for a car. The room is clean, the furniture is not cheap, air conditioning, refrigerator, linen, towels are snow-white, the bathroom is clean (I pay attention to the little things). There is a sofa and tables in the lobby, it's cozy. I really liked the hotel, if we go to Tskhinval again, I know where I will stay! We stayed for one night. The guest house is located at the entrance to Tskhinvali, 1.5 km walk to the center. We have written off and made an advance payment. Upon arrival, we checked into a room on the second floor. The furniture and mattresses are tired. The hostess is attentive. There is a common hall on the ground floor. The price is 3500. Breakfast for two came out at 1500 (scrambled eggs and cappuccino), in my opinion the price is too high

The hostess treated us very badly, booked a room (comfort) more than two weeks before arrival, transferred the prepayment, I was contacted four times! we checked the arrival date and details several times, and on the day of arrival, the hostess showed us a tiny room without a window, which was not at all comfortable either in price or condition, and told us that she could not accommodate us here, so she sent us to another hotel. Upon arrival at another hotel, it turned out that the price tag it's an order of magnitude more expensive there, we are without communication and without the Internet, tired from the road, just out of desperation, we stayed at that hotel, although our budget was limited and we were counting on a different price tag. The money for the reservation, however, was returned to us. We still didn't understand what it was at all and why Galina did it, we weren't the only ones like that, so there were several people in that hotel. Why was it necessary to confirm the reservation, clarify the details and simply put people out the door upon arrival???

To begin with, I booked this hotel for an event (the Ossetian beer festival), the room was paid in advance, the voucher was confirmed, but on the eve of arrival, the hostess simply put me out on the street, saying that it was overbooking, and there was no room for me. I didn't go to the negotiations, that's all. Thank God, the nearby Korona hotel figured out how to check me in with them. A friend who happened to be here got a room on the 1st floor, with a small room, a window walled up with cement, the smell of cement in the room and centipedes crawling on the walls. I gave her two stars because she spoke well about the breakfasts, although she noted that the cheesecakes were a little greasy. Bottom line, don't trust the hostess, especially if it's an event. There is no guarantee that your reservation will be saved! The Korona Hotel is nearby, where the price is much more affordable and the hosts are more honest. I do not recommend the hotel.

We booked this hotel precisely because we were promised a house only for our large company and assured that there would be no problems with accommodating two dogs (photo was attached in advance). One of the rooms was occupied by strangers. The impression was spoiled by the organization and the behavior of the management. The hostess appeared only once during the whole time: she came in quietly, did not introduce herself, greeted quietly (most did not even hear), drank coffee and left. She later explained this behavior by saying that she "didn't want to interfere with our communication," although we had unresolved issues requiring her participation. At the same time, when we repeatedly asked the administrator to invite the hostess, we were told that she was not in Ossetia at all. However, when the situation escalated, the hostess suddenly appeared literally within an hour — which meant that we were being misled. Due to the lack of transparency and unwillingness to fully interact with the guests, every little thing turned into a protracted problem, and trust in the administration disappeared completely.

We chose Alania TEDIon in Tskhinvali, hoping for fair conditions for renting a turnkey house for 15 people and large dogs. But the promises didn't match reality. When we checked in, we found out that one of the rooms was occupied by "three military men," but later it turned out that one girl lived there. As a result, part of our company has moved out. The rooms have rusty and moldy accessories and open sockets. The rental price is higher than the average in the city. I do not recommend this hotel.

We chose Alania TEDIon in Tskhinvali, confident that the whole house would be just for our company of 15 people and two dogs. But there were unauthorized residents on the spot, and the rest immediately gave way. Because of this, they offered to move some of the people to a nearby hotel, but there was no consistency between the hotels: only one night was paid, and the next day the administrators of the second hotel did not understand whether the stay would be extended. As a result, we had to urgently resolve the issue ourselves in order to avoid eviction.

When choosing accommodation for 15 people with two dogs, we decided to stay at Alanya TEDIon, where we were promised comfortable accommodation in a hotel where only we would be. But everything turned out differently. In hindsight, three people were checked into the hotel without telling us, which is why we had to move some of our friends to another hotel at night. They tried to pass off the double room as a triple room due to a folding chair, which, when unfolded, blocked the passage and access to the bathroom. The receptionist did not help solve the problem, due to her low competence, the hostess avoided communicating with us until the very end, although we asked to meet with her, but, as it turned out, she considered it normal to charge a fee from a person who slept on a sofa without a sheet and blanket in the common living room.

Theoretically, there were sofas, pillows on which, when pressed by hand, fell inside the bed. To lie down on such a bed was out of the question, it would immediately break down. I had to lie down in the common hall. A female employee also spent the night there. It was not at all what I expected, a stranger spent the whole night in the same room. I moved to another hotel for the morning. THE MONEY WAS NOT RETURNED TO ME AT ALL!!! I don't recommend it to anyone, it's terrible!

I stayed at this hotel in October for a couple of days. The price is fine, considering that breakfast is included. The location is convenient, especially when traveling from Vladikavkaz, you just ask to stop near the entrance to the city, and from there to the hotel is just a stone's throw away! The center (square-theater-government building-post office-souvenir shop-museum-temple-restaurant) can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot, or for 100 rubles by taxi. The staff will kindly tell you how and where to get there, call a taxi on request or go to your room in the evening. There are beautiful vines in the courtyard of the hotel. It is convenient to get to the bus station in a 10-minute walk in a straight line through the courtyard.
