This is not the first time we have stayed in this wonderful place! The hostess of the Sarina hotel is in touch and will help you with any questions regarding your stay in Tskhinvali. The beautiful rooms are cozy, the linens are clean, the beds with upholstered headboards and mattresses are very comfortable, each room has a large TV, channels and applications are working (there are many of them). There are no split systems in the rooms, but there are fans. For me, this is enough, the climate allows and the house itself is cool and comfortable. You can sleep with the windows open, there are no MOSQUITOES here at all, and in general, all the furniture is of high quality, the interior is from the category of expensive-rich. There are two shared bathrooms (on the first and second floors) with a large shower, even when fully occupied (we just got to this one) there were no problems with visiting the shower/ toilet, all the guests approached this moment with understanding. The washing machine is on the ground floor. The shared kitchen has everything you need to cook and warm up delicious food, all the equipment is working, the cutlery and dishes are gorgeous, as for serving a banquet. There is a ping pong table and a barbecue area in the courtyard. The hotel is family-type, and therefore everyone periodically meets in the courtyard, in the kitchen, but for me personally, on the contrary, this is a plus. Because there is an opportunity to meet interesting people and chat. My child was not bored, I was playing with the children of the guests. The hotel is located in a convenient location, within walking distance of shops, pharmacies, market, shopping center. My daughter and I walked for 15-20 minutes to the Government building of South Ossetia, to the park. In summary, I want to say that Alanya Mall is a great place if you decide to get to know Tskhinvali better. Special thanks to the hostess of the hotel Zarina, her son Sarmat and daughter Alana, you are bright representatives of the inhabitants of South Ossetia, treating your guests with love and great patience.

Friends, forget everything you knew about hospitality! Here it is at such a level that it simply cannot be expressed in words. I can't bring myself to call this beautiful place a hotel. She really gets lost in her guests. She pampered us with all kinds of goodies, cooked dishes of national cuisine, and treated us to homemade fruits and vegetables. I'm still impressed!!! Going to Tskhinval, I decided to find a place to stay for a couple of days. I opened the navigator, started walking on the map in the right radius and was the first to see the Alanya Mall hotel. I looked at the satisfied reviews, contacted the hostess. From the first seconds of communication, I realized that I didn't need to look for anything further. From those seconds on, I was immersed in the boundless care and kindness of the sweet hostess Zalikhan. I got answers to all my questions immediately, even if they didn't relate to the hotel. I have booked rooms for 4 people. Zalikhan took care of the transfer from Vladikavkaz to Tskhinvali and back. Dmitry, an equally caring driver, responsibly and carefully delivered us on time. And so on about the hotel... Spacious and cozy house, with modern renovation. Beautifully and tastefully decorated interior with chic furniture and accessories. We lived like princesses☺️ Special thanks for the awesome mattresses. We slept on them like babies. Snow-white quality bed linen and towels. The house is warm and clean in every corner. Wi-Fi is available, which helped us out a lot, because our SIM cards were without Internet access. There is a tennis table on the veranda, where we also spent time. Food! Zalikhan carefully organized traditional cuisine treats. The food is fresh, high-quality, and everything that has been cooked is delicious. We were also treated to Ossetian pies.. mmmmmm...It's delicious. Dear Zalikhan not only spoils us so much, but also our conscript sons. With love, as to their own.Zalikhan was worried about us while we were on the road from home and back...and we are still in touch! Zalikhan also helped with moving around the city, which is not a little important in an unfamiliar place and without communication. In conclusion, I want to say that this is a place, a home, a family...It is the cradle of hospitality, care, love and kindness. I'm writing now and tears are coming. I am a solo traveler, I stayed in this guest house, at first I thought that I would come just for 5 nights and that was it, but in the end I stayed for another 5. I liked everything very much, very pleasant and hospitable hosts, good location. Everything is clean and the rooms are well renovated! Highly recommend it! :) Of the improvements, I could only recommend having some kind of chair in the rooms, there are a lot of places to store things like shifanners, cabinets and bedside tables - but you don't actually use them normally as a tourist, but a table would be very handy)

The hospitality of the hostess of the Zalikhan house is beyond words. We felt at home, like the most beloved guests. Clean, beautiful, quiet and peaceful. It is very cozy and pleasant to be in this house. The house has 2 floors - the first basement, there is a spacious dining room and kitchen, everything you need and not only is there and you could use everything, beautiful dishes, refrigerator, stove. We sometimes ate with other guests and there was plenty of room for everyone. There are rooms and a shower on the second floor. The rooms have everything you need. We needed extra space and put in a comfortable cot, which was no different from a bed. Everyone slept comfortably and comfortably) There was one shared shower on the floor, clean and pleasant, and everyone had enough time, without queues. There is an ironing board and a hairdryer. There is everything you need. In addition to accommodation, delicious food and drinks, manti, khinkali, cabbage rolls and Ossetian pies were constantly prepared for us. We didn't want to go anywhere else to eat. We also parked the car quietly. The military unit is 5 minutes away by car, 30 minutes on foot at a steady pace. We were walking along a cozy street. There are shops, coffee stalls, and pastry shops nearby. In general, I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend this place. We'll be back!
