Syrian-Armenian fusion done right. The burger with Syrian spices is genuinely excellent, atmosphere is cozy and authentic (not Instagram-engineered), and the service is warm and attentive. We were celebrating a birthday weekend in Gyumri and Al Ahwaz became our go-to spot. When you find good food in a new city and immediately return - that says it all. Open late, very reasonable prices, great location on Rustaveli. Highly recommend

There are very good restaurants in Gyumri but I think Alahwaz is the best. Cozy place, friendly people, tasty food and drinks, nice decoration, pleasant music, tidy bathroom, various items of menu. I love it and will revisit it again.

Really tasty food, nice staff that knows several langauges, work amd bring food fast. Everything is clean and looks authentic. I want to come again just because the food is good and it looks amazing inside. Good place for tourists.

Jesus Christ, what a place! One of the most properly perfect restaurants I've ever been to. Ever. I'd live there, seriously. Right in their courtyard. The menu rocks, too. It's expensive though, mind it.

A cozy place with a nice design. There are tables in the courtyard outside. The menu consists mainly of burgers and snacks. We had a chicken burger and a beef burger. Large portions, it was very tasty)) I liked the draft beer "Gyumri". The owner of the establishment is a pleasant and friendly man. He was sociable, but unobtrusive)

We visited the day before and were satisfied. Decorated for the holiday. Large portions. The menu is in Russian, in English. Surprisingly, it's very empty, background music is playing and everything is glowing. Cozy, warm, good service . The prices are not high. I recommend.

Nice very clean place. The blues is playing. The food is bland. As the experience of staying in Gyumri has shown, the service is lame in all restaurants in this city. It feels like the staff is shy of the customer and is trying to hide from him, We were lucky with the service, as the restaurant was half empty.

We entered the establishment by accident. Great atmosphere, beautiful decoration, very sincere approach. The menu is varied. The dishes are delicious, the cheese soup is just something. I recommend the burger with crispy chicken 100%. Special thanks to the waiter who explained everything to us and sat us down at a table with a heating lamp. It was also nice to meet and talk to the person who discovered this wonderful place. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is going to Gyumri.
