This is a great hotel!!! We are already coming here for the second time, and both times we have only positive emotions. If you are looking for a hotel in Abkhazia for a holiday with children, you definitely need to come here. The atmosphere is wonderful, there is a kids' club where children are constantly busy, special thanks to the animators. Sergey, Maria and Dmitry, greetings from our family. Adults are also not forgotten and entertained in every possible way: there are sports activities: exercise, water aerobics, yoga, basketball / volleyball; and evening entertainment: karaoke / disco or board games. The food is very tasty and varied, even the fastidious will find something to eat. The rooms are nice, clean, daily cleaning. The staff is polite and helpful. The hotel is located far from the city center, but this is rather a plus, because there is no noise and traffic. There is a market and a Ferris wheel with several attractions within walking distance. If you want to explore Abkhazia on your own, there is also a car rental nearby. If you are still considering whether to book a hotel or not, then definitely book, it's worth a visit.

A great hotel for the whole family! The rooms are spacious and clean, daily cleaning, courteous staff. A gorgeous green area with 3 outdoor pools and 1 in the spa complex. Heated pools make it comfortable to swim in any weather. Varied and delicious food, the child ate with pleasure. There are no queues, you can always find an empty table. There is no shortage of food, the staff immediately brings new portions of dishes. Interesting animation for children and adults. I liked the hammam, sauna, hydro massage. The location is quiet, accessible for excursions to old Gagra, there is a place to walk. The prices are pleasant in the hotel and outside, there is a market and a shopping center nearby. The sea is clear, there are small pebbles, but it is more comfortable to swim in aquashoos. Deck chairs are available. You can swim on your boots. It's nice that there is no language barrier. A wonderful family hotel, ideal for families with children. The territory is compact and very beautiful, every corner is thought out to the smallest detail, the sea is just a stone's throw away, 4 swimming pools (one heated, one regular, one for children, one in the spa area), 2 Jacuzzis. A hammam, sauna and salt room are freely available. Interesting animation for children and adults, the eldest constantly ran to master classes and games, earning palms (local currency), the whole family collected them and then exchanged them for cool gifts. The food is quite diverse. It's nice that there are always places in the restaurant and on the sun beds. The only caveat is that there are pebbles on the beach, and entering the water when there are waves on the sea, without special shoes, is not very convenient. We rested here for the second time. This is a hotel that you want to return to.

The room is cleaned for 5+, every day:all issues are resolved instantly at the reception within 5 minutes, pools, hamams, saunas and everything is clean and tidy at once! Everyone is friendly and cultured! I read a review about a girl who was not allowed to sleep (thirst bar), everything is quiet and comfortable in our room, maybe she chose the wrong room and she was in a bad mood! I also want to add that it is important that we did not catch any intestines or rotavirus, we often washed our hands, did not swallow water in the sea and pool, drank Cola, The pool area is suitable for every taste from 25 to 30 + children will not freeze.We are staying at this hotel for the first time, there is something to compare it with-everything is at the highest level here! We were in this beautiful place from 1 to 9 September. We liked it very much, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and well-groomed territory and delicious food for every taste and color.😁 Starting from the reception, everything in this hotel is great, all pleasant staff, cleaning every day, changing towels every day, checking the water in the pools every day. The spa is also great, we had a full body massage. There is no need to go anywhere near the sea. The kids have a lot to do (if they want to, of course), ours just swam in the pools all the time. Due to the fact that the hotel is a family hotel, there are no loud music and screaming guests at night, although there is a lot of audibility (as everywhere else) between the rooms. I photographed the mountain every day, it's always different. Thanks for the rest, we'll try to come back again!

I had a rest with two children from 4.08. to 13.08. I really liked everything. The location is far from the hustle and bustle, but close to a shopping center and a market. It's a five-minute walk. The territory of the hotel is not large, but it is surrounded by greenery. Private beach area with free sun loungers and parasols. The beach is clean and pebbly. It's exactly a minute walk to the sea. The room was very comfortable! Furniture, plumbing, everything is very very decent and modern! The air conditioner is silent. The food is good, the choice is decent and the children will like it. Especially breakfast 😊 The best part is the staff and the animation. Everything is very high-level. One of the disadvantages is that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The Internet is only outside. But it catches even on the beach! There's a construction site outside. We had a rest from September 13 to September 19.We would like to express our gratitude to the staff and the hotel manager.The whole area is clean and well maintained, 3 swimming pools:warm, without heating, for children.Spa area indoor pool+ hammam, extra charge.the fee is a great massage.Meals are a separate type:the first is several types, the second is a large assortment, with really so much meat, snacks, side dishes, desserts.It's just impossible to stay hungry.Playgrounds for children,sports grounds for basketball and volleyball.Cleaning is regular, everything in the room is fresh.The sea is nearby, the Thirst bar is on the shore.We enjoyed everything very much, the vacation was a success.We will definitely come back and recommend you to our friends.

It's just a paradise for children here: a separate room, cool animators, not a single child was bored for a minute — and this was invaluable for us. Four pools seem cool, but in fact not everything is so rosy: all are deep, without a shallow entrance. If a child or an adult cannot swim, they simply have nothing to do there, just stand by the stairs. There is one slide for kids in the children's pool, and that's where the entertainment ends. But eating is a pain. It's hard to call it a buffet: it's the same every day, the food is cold, tasteless, and there's nowhere to warm it up. You could only choose something for breakfast (pancakes, waffles, fritters, lazy dumplings). The music is playing so loudly at dinner that it's impossible to have a normal conversation at the same table. All snacks, cocktails, ice cream and bottled water are available for a fee only. The coffee machine can only be used for breakfast and lunch, dinner is guilty of something. The child, of course, contracted rotavirus. Although they defended themselves from all sides (treatment, medicines, clean water, and even cola) Those who write about animation probably don't know what it is or what it looks like in other hotels. There is no frills on the food menu, but we have never been hungry. I didn't like that it was "all inclusive", but alcohol is only for a fee :(( No glass of beer, no glass of wine. Having been here once, we come back here again and again. Every time we relax here, we plan our next visit to Aquamarine! Cozy rooms, delicious and healthy food, wonderful and friendly staff! I would like to highlight the children's club and the animation team separately! We see our child here only in the morning, then in the evening. Also mention the yoga instructor (conducted free of charge every two days) Elinu is smart, beautiful and a master of her craft. Now about the cons - I took off the star for the food . You definitely won't stay hungry, but there is no variety of dishes here. I was struck by the absence of melons, watermelons, and peaches, although there are plenty of them on the market and the fruit line is generally quite meager - apples, bananas, oranges. There were few salads - only one day we were pleased with mimosa and herring under a fur coat . Mostly vegetables with and without mayonnaise. If the cost of accommodation was 10,000 per day, there are no questions. But with a cost of about 22,000, I would like the Swedish line not to be limited to fried chicken, chicken in batter, stewed meat (beef, pork), meat in batter, udon, pasta, buckwheat, stewed vegetables and very questionable French-style meat (this is not French-style meat, this is something it looks like a cutlet with a splash of cheese) . To be fair, there was mackerel and herring for lunch and dinner and the usual fish dishes. We haven't seen a grill or a barbecue here all the time. Even the fact that it's impossible to get through and book a hotel room and no one will call you back. Yes, you can send SMS messages in the messenger, but the answer comes in a couple of days. Yes, as many people say an Instagram hotel, you will definitely be able to take a lot of beautiful photos, but you definitely won't be able to relax with a 4-star service. That's a lot, but the range of dishes from the Swedish line is very meager, and everything is so monotonous that sometimes it was just difficult to choose what you really would like to eat. The salads are very banal, the meat is mostly chicken. There's no question of any red fish for breakfast, it's all pancakes, fritters and omelets. Fruits are all in pieces.There was never a melon or watermelon. Our room was spacious with a view of the mountains, and the room lacked an elementary chest of drawers or bedside table. There was nowhere to put the shoes and bags. It's all kind of ill-conceived. Animation for children is very weak. In the evening, a couple of dances to music and the Nemo club, then watching a cartoon. On the plus side, there is a beautiful sea, good pools for both children and adults. And yes, the water in the room was in a jug at check-in. There is no bottled water in the room. The cost of a day is 25 thousand too high. As a result, the Aquamarine three-star hotel is the maximum. They clean efficiently, change bed linen and towels regularly. Restaurant: I was pleased with the cuisine - it was delicious, varied with elements of local flavor. The waiters are great, special thanks to Alena, Lado, Ariane! I also want to note that the hotel complies with sanitary standards, which is important! This is monitored by nurse Tatiana, for which she is respected. Every day she tastes food, then checks the refrigerators in the kitchen. Another day I caught her checking the water in the pool. Spa complex: a picturesque relaxation area in the middle of the mountains and the sea. Please know that it is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, my wife attended Thai massage, and I liked it. You can forgive the audibility for the look, I slept in earplugs, but this is a common problem in hotels. The curtains are approximately 80% blackout. The hotel is clean, friendly, everyone is smiling and trying to help. The food is also varied and delicious. I want to mention the girl Veronica, she just cleans perfectly, this is not a 4-star level, but a full-fledged 5. The animators are also very funny, but they don't shout or make noise, and it's perfect. Children will do exercises and play, draw, fly. My son was happy to run to exercise in the morning and not very happily went to lunch))) I didn't want to leave my friends and animators))). When I was driving, I thought that in principle it was possible to go to Turkey, Egypt for the total money of the entire trip. Now I really understand that there is nothing. We will definitely come back, they speak my language here, the animation is as needed, without imposition, etc. Excellent attitude, the sea is within walking distance. This is also a plus, since my husband drinks black tea, and I drink green tea. The lighting in the room is multi-level, heated floors in the room and bathroom. room. There is also liquid soap, body cream, shampoo and conditioner. Everything is of decent quality. I wanted to tell you one more thing. The hair dryer is broken. I went down to the reception, explained the situation, and while I was going up (and it's only the 2nd floor), the girl was already standing with a hairdryer and changed it for me. Needless to say, towels, bathrobes, bed linen were changed very often, everything was beautifully refilled. The girls are very friendly. The buffet. We know that this is "evil" (a joke). But we couldn't refuse such dishes. It's always delicious, just enough. Beef, pork, chicken, fish, for every fastidious taste. In general, you won't get bored. There are not a lot of vacationers, about 30 people, but somehow we did not cross paths, only at breakfasts. Guided tours are organized. The food is delicious and varied. We took everything inclusive and were very satisfied. We were late for lunch because we went to the Ritz, but they didn't leave us hungry anyway. Our room was a family room with a terrace, the room itself is spacious, the mattresses are very comfortable, the bathroom has underfloor heating, which is a huge plus. But I wouldn't take it from the terrace next time because it faces the northern part and from there you can't see anything but the fence. Now let's move on to the small disadvantages that we have noticed. Sound insulation: for three nights, a child was crying in the next room for half the night, everything was very audible, our children could not sleep because of this. Hangers - there were only 3 of them per room and they absolutely did not hold anything, they constantly fall off the hook. The absence of a lifeguard at the pool. Every parent looks after their child, BUT there are slightly older children who do things in the pool that are usually forbidden: the pool is not very deep, and many jump from the sides. Well, the main disadvantage that left a very unpleasant impression is the animation, if the hotel's concept is "a hotel where children laugh and adults relax," then in fact everything turned out to be completely different. I chose the hotel specifically with an emphasis on children's entertainment, and was unpleasantly surprised that children can visit the children's room on their own only from the age of 5, if a 4.5-year-old parent needs to sit on the sofa next to him, even if the child is alone in the playroom and there are three free animators nearby. All animation is aimed at children aged 6-9, the rest is handled by the parents themselves, and it is suitable for children who like various board games, just running around, throwing out energy will not work. In general, the hotel itself is very decent, there are more advantages, so I do not lower the star, but it is more focused on families with grown-up children. With kids, I would choose a different option.
