I came over and politely asked what needed to be poked to get a ticket. To which I was rather unpleasantly told, "Sit down, passport." I'm not asking for an obsessive smile and joy from anyone. I ask for adequate, neutral and polite communication. The employee printed out the papers and gave them to sign. After returning them to the employee, I was also angrily and displeased with the answer "Everything". For me, this is an abnormal reaction, abnormal behavior with a client. How can I know if the procedure is finished or not? This fact can be presented much more pleasantly. I don't want to go back to this department at all.
