This place is dangerous for children's lives!!! Visited this center with two children! Going into the playroom I asked if I could pass with my children, I was strictly told no! Three observers were busy exclusively talking to each other! Repeatedly approached, asked to watch the children, but was not heard. Everything ended with my son falling on his head (twisted his neck) in front of me, but I was behind the fence. After what happened I ran inside, they started yelling at me "you can't go inside". A nurse was called, she was very unfriendly, assured us that it was a safe place, "what do you want, the child's skin is not damaged". It is impossible to imagine a worse place for children!!!

The game itself is normal, although very small. Rides are paid separately. Parents are not allowed in the play area. I'm listing all these relative norms. Next, there is no toilet of its own, the toilet in the shopping center is paid (shame, but okay) and only by card. You can't get in for cash. Trying to ask the staff of the playroom for help in this matter, so that a child of three years old can be taken to the toilet – zero attention. Customer orientation is at the highest level. I had to go to the toilet on the street in the passage. To drink water and eat marmalade, you need to go out completely. Not only from the gaming area, but also from the department as a whole. After an hour of playing, when I wiped the child's nose, they started telling me that he couldn't play here. Like he's sick. And he's been in kindergarten for three days. I was not informed of this when I paid, the child was playing for an hour and suddenly like this. I saw a girl coughing before that. I tried to explain, but the employee openly gave up on me. Of course, she took the baby and left. It's unpleasant to be in a place where you're so obviously not welcome.

It's impossible to just calmly go out and drink coffee: you can't go out, you can't drink coffee on the spot. They constantly introduce some new rules and outright nonsense, while everyone considers it necessary to make comments. The staff is rude and the atmosphere is unpleasant. There are much more worthy places in Tbilisi. I strongly do not recommend it.
