This place truly amazed me. First of all, the view from this restaurant is unbelievably beautiful, I couldn’t take my eyes off it. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. But what truly made this place special for me was the history behind it. After our dinner, we were lucky to have a short tour of the restaurant, during which one of the staff members explained the meaning and story behind many of its elements. That’s when I realized this isn’t just a commercial place—it’s a home filled with memory and soul. There’s even a room where wine used to be dried, and we discovered a small մատուռ (chapel) with a խաչքար (khachkar), each part carrying its own story. We were genuinely amazed by how much history and emotion are built into every corner of this place. I highly recommend visiting 7qar—not only for the food and the view but for the atmosphere and the feeling that you’re part of something meaningful.

The food was tasty but unfortunately the place(chairs floor tables) aren’t clean can’t even say any good word about the condition of the toilet. The paper was all over the place. The staff was nice but not careful as they forgot one part of our order I also noticed the customer’s dog was licking the dishes which are going to be used in future. The portions of the food was unbelievably small and overpriced please review them

A great restaurant with a fantastic view behind the pagan temple of Garni. We arrived when it was raining, and while we were having dinner, nature began to show the beauty of Armenia. The restaurant is very spacious and has a lot of seats, the bathroom is clean. Great food, huge portions. Very tasty fish soup and desserts.

I don't recommend it. They didn't bring the menu for a long time, they sat with the child right under the speaker, without offering another table. They moved. The room is stuffy, the menu of hot dishes is frankly meager, and I had another table complaining about the service. In fact, there are no advantages other than the view of the Garni temple. The chicken ran out in the middle of the day. Salads starting from 3,500 tons, even the most banal summer salad.

An unrealistically beautiful place with stunning views. The cuisine is delicious and interesting. I recommend local pickles: cherries and apricots in the form of pickles surprised me) we also took oxtails - interesting, delicious. But the most important thing is not the food, but the attitude of the restaurant owners. The good-natured host took us on a tour of his great-grandmother's room, a family museum at home where his 105-year-old ancestor's dress, framed keys, photographs of great-grandfathers and forefathers, and many other interesting family heirlooms are kept. Then we were in the family chapel, in the bakery, where Armenian lavash is baked in a special way, which can be stored for a year and 2 months. It was amazing! We will definitely come back again and recommend it to you.

This is the second time I've been to this restaurant, this time in winter and at night) the view of the mountains was not enough, but the night view of the illuminated sidewalk is a thrill! Wonderful restaurant! From the windows there is a very beautiful view of the sunny temple of Garni. We were met by one of the co-owners, Edgar, a very handsome and pleasant young man. Honestly, he told us about our order that we didn't need to take many dishes, because the portions were large, and a warm salad with veal would be superfluous. We ordered tolma, khoshloma and Armenian carbonara. Edgar taught us how to eat junk food, and the presentation of this dish pleasantly surprised us! And also, as a generous host, Edgar Tolma served veal salad and salad as a compliment, because the guys mixed up the drinks and instead of the dark beer that we ordered, they first brought us a light one. We enjoyed everything very much - and the delicious dishes, and the hospitable and generous host. Thank you and success to him and his family!

We visited this restaurant while traveling in Armenia. It is located in a picturesque location with views of the Garni Temple and the surrounding mountains. The view from the restaurant is amazing. Evaluate the cuisine, service, etc. It was not possible to do it fully, because only a part of what was ordered was served that could be prepared quickly - some salads, French fries. And they took the ordered chicken with them, because they waited a long time for it, but they didn't eat it. Because the cold dish is no longer the same. And most importantly, the Food... God! We ordered chicken in garlic sauce, local trout in cream sauce, and a vegetable salad. Everything is so delicious that there are no words! This is the most delicious chicken and trout in my life! It's impossible to stop! Location, interior, service for 5+, but the kitchen and portion size raise big questions. The kebab for 5000 drams consists of 2 pieces, and it is very dry. For some reason, the menu does not list the number of dishes. I believe that this is, if not a deception, then a deliberate deception. The compote is so concentrated that even after diluting it with 1k2, it is still sweet. There is only one type of beer. With this concept, it's easier to make a cocktail lounge out of a restaurant. We were a family in this restaurant on 09.10.25, bought a 5* rating (it is unclear where this rating came from), without reading the reviews, stopped for a snack after visiting the Garni Temple. The only advantages are the stunning view and good music. Food : the salad with tarragon is not bad, although it was obvious that it was yesterday's, at 3+. And now the shish kebab, the famous Armenian shish kebab: it's the most disgusting shish kebab we've ever seen, the chicken is burnt- thigh, wing and breast, the meat itself is falling apart, the meat is very bad initially, it's noticeable, the pork is over-dried, with an unpleasant smell, it was impossible to eat. We ate a banana with bread, took pictures and left. Dear owners / restaurant administration, pay attention to the cuisine, especially the shish kebab, it's just a shame that such a shish kebab is served in Armenia ... even if you try very hard, it's impossible to make such a shish kebab, but your chefs manage ... especially considering your prices, which are higher than Yerevan prices in any restaurant on Saryan, very I hope that this message reaches the right people and you will draw conclusions.

The location is good, but the food was VERY disappointing. The shish kebab from the loin is super dried and dry, the fat on it is literally burnt. The chicken kebab is also burnt and dry. Grilled potatoes, burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. A warm beef salad is just lightly fried vegetables with coarsely chopped pieces of beef. It has no taste. So far, Garni has had no luck with restaurants.

A very decent place! I chose according to the reviews and was not mistaken. We had lunch here after a guided tour of the Fortress. A separate delight from the views opening behind the huge panoramic windows. There is a majestic mountain gorge and you seem to hover over it while you are in the restaurant. They welcomed us very hospitably. The service is excellent. Interesting serving of dishes . Everything is made from local products. A reasonable price-performance ratio. I definitely recommend you to visit. It's a place you want to come back to.
