On 07/01/2026 in Mozyr, at 94 Ryzhkova St., Bobrovsky shopping center, I purchased a smartwatch in the 5 Element store. When buying, the consultant recommended that you additionally purchase a protective film worth about 56 rubles. Without hesitation, I agreed. After the payment, I went to the consultant, and he put a protective film on the smartwatch, saying at the same time: "The warranty for pasting is 24 hours. Do not touch or wear the watch on your hand for the first 3.5–4 hours." Following all these recommendations, after about 10 days of wearing, I noticed a defect: the protective film slides off the dial. When contacting the 5 Element store, the consultant examined the watch and immediately issued an oral opinion.: "You sleep with a watch, that's why the film moved out." Since it's a smartwatch, it's really on your arm around the clock. The consultant replaced the protective film, but after 7-10 days, the wear film slipped off the dial again. When I contacted the 5 Element store again with a request for a refund, I was refused with the wording: "If you had applied 5 days after the second pasting with a defect, we would have issued a refund, but there is nothing we can do to help you." At the same time, after the re-pasting, the consultant did not say anything about the five-day deadline! Questions for the 5 Element store: 1. Why offer a useless protective film for 56 rubles that does not fulfill its functions????? And mislead customers? 2. Why is the warranty given only for 24 hours and only for pasting, and not for wearing a protective film?

They are constantly trying to soar protection + (they say in words that it will almost protect you from everything )I came across to fix the vacuum cleaner, the corrugation broke, at the bend, I brought the goods to the store, in the service center, without examining the goods, (I put the goods on the table and did not touch them) they just took a picture and immediately within a minute, they concluded that it was mechanical damage.so guys, don't take this protection +, there's nothing it can save you with)
