A good guarantee, which has always attracted me as a buyer. But... 6 months ago, at the 5 element store, I bought a Polaris electric kettle, with a three-year warranty. This household item began to turn off arbitrarily without bringing the water to a boil. Naturally, as it is written in the instruction manual, I carried out descaling once a month, that is, I observed the operating conditions. In the store where I brought the electric kettle, the defect was confirmed and sent to the Minsk service for repair. Two weeks later, I get a message that my Polaris is back. I give the receipt, and they tell me that the return is without repair, allegedly a violation of operating conditions, due to traces of scale. Sorry, using tap water, naturally minor traces of scale, just minor ones, will remain. Moreover, I carried out cleaning periodically! As a result, he took the warranty and non-working kettle and left with nothing. I would like to note that the service center that gave the conclusion is incompetent, how can such a conclusion be given, at least it should be an examination, with some kind of confirmations and proofs, which are not and cannot be. And in words, you can say anything and spin tall tales like fast and furious, hurricane, etc. Now I am disappointed with the entire 5 element store chain, and I will look towards more democratic approaches to customers.
