I advise you to avoid this clinic. They profit from patients. Prices are taken out of mind. In the 21st century, there is no payment by card, this is also a wake-up call.

The history of grooming still causes me terrible perplexity. I signed up the dog for vaccination. When recording, the master saw which dog he was taking, and the recording was confirmed without any questions. The dog's fur is climbing a lot, that's why I wrote it down. When I arrived at the salon, I was ordered to put on shoe covers and go to the office. It already seemed strange: I used to just hand over the dogs and leave. But this is cane corso, I thought the master might be afraid of her. It quickly became clear that I would have to fully participate in the process. The master only told me how to hold the dog, where to put it, and what to do next. During the washing, I actually did half of it, although I came in ordinary clothes, just out of the shower, with my hair styled, and I didn't expect to do it personally at all. At the same time, the master worked in full protective gear - gloves, mask and special clothes. The master made her a mask and went somewhere, I was holding the dog, which was almost on my head. As a result, I got soaked through. The dog struggled, tried to jump on me, constantly shook himself off, but they didn't even try to fix him properly. Then the blow-drying started. The dog was scared by the noise, but instead of giving it time to get used to it, the air flow continued to be directed directly into the muzzle. In her panic, she scratched my hands and left a bunch of bruises. I asked him to trim his claws. It was obvious that the master did not want to do this, but nevertheless agreed. While I was holding the dog back, one of the claws was clipped so badly that the dog screamed in pain. She didn't touch her hind legs at all. Then they began to comb out the wool. By this time, the dog was already under severe stress after a hair dryer and painful clipping of claws, so it resisted. And the master just handed me a pukhoderka with the words: "Come on, you try it" (for a minute, I'm 35 years old, addressing me in this way also surprised me. But this can be omitted). The result is the following picture: I spent at most 40 minutes in the salon, held on during all the procedures, and even combed out. Of course, the dog was not combed at all, I literally do not know how to do this, because I am not a groomer!! I was charged 120 GEL for all this. The most amazing thing is that for the same 120 GEL in another salon, I bring my second dog (a long–haired husky with curls!), leave him for three to three and a half hours and quietly leave. During this time, he is completely washed, combed, shorn, put in order, and all I have to do is come and pick up a well-groomed dog. If the master is not ready to work with large or anxious dogs, this is absolutely normal. But you need to talk about this before recording, and not turn the client into a free groomer assistant who also pays the full cost of the service. In general, it was as strange as possible.
