I ask for a refund for the product of inadequate quality. At the beginning of December, in your store located in the Dalma Garden Mall shopping center, I purchased a product, men's shoes by Roberto Piraloff] worth ~18,000 AMD During the operation of the Product (the Product was worn only 6 times, carefully and for its intended purpose), the following defects were found: the sole cracked. I consider these shortcomings to be a manufacturing defect, and not a consequence of improper operation. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia "On Consumer Rights Protection" (which is often used in controversial situations, as well as the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer), I have the right to demand a refund for low-quality goods. I ask you to return the amount of money paid for the Product in the amount of ~AMD 18,000 I ask you to satisfy the demand for a refund within a reasonable period established by law.

I sincerely wanted to support the Armenian shoe manufacturer. But after the employee's comment "this is normal, this is how it should be" in response to the white sole with traces of pink glue, the desire to maintain somehow passed by itself.
