I came here by accident — the name of the cafe and the streets seemed unusual. According to my memories, I expected an atmosphere similar to Tartu. It turned out to be a small and cozy space inside: the menu is dominated by fast food, but there are also homemade dishes. "Napoleon" was served as a compliment, which was very pleasant. I give 4 stars only because of the blonde waitress, who constantly looks askance at customers and kills the desire to go to this institution, I ask you to address this issue. there are no complaints about anything else, the food is delicious and the other staff are very polite and smiling, uplifting.
