A trip through beautiful, sunny Belarus brought us to the city of Orsha. For lunch, we decided to opt for the cafe "Kalasi". The cafe is located in the center, parking is available. The establishment has a summer outdoor terrace and several halls inside the building. The renovation is fresh, good, and reflects the concept of the establishment. At 14.00. boarding is not complete, but there are enough visitors, the tables on the terrace are all occupied. We decided to settle down in one of the halls. The menu is quite diverse-there are salads, appetizers, hot dishes, soups, all kinds of draniki, fast food (and here the national flavor is introduced in the form of a dranburger burger made from draniki and chicken / beef patties), there are sushi / rolls, pizza.The waiter came up quickly, put water with lemon on the table, it is very pleasant, on a hot summer day and good for digestion, he quickly took the order. The dishes were served very quickly. After 20 minutes, they brought soups-borscht and chicken soup. Very tasty. For the second course, we ordered a burger and Draniki with salmon, a milkshake, and tea with bergamot. We also took a Pepperoni pizza with us to have a snack on the way -the dough is thin, there is a lot of filling and it is delicious. It was also served very quickly and turned out to be very tasty. Desserts should be mentioned separately. There are already ready-made items in the window at the entrance, from the menu, 20 min. The choice fell on a raspberry dessert. It is also very tasty. I recommend this cafe to anyone who finds himself in the city of Orsha.

The first thing I want to write is some of the best rolls I've ever eaten, and I've eaten a lot of them. Perfectly cooked rice and the ratio of filling and rice is simply gorgeous. Very friendly staff, fast service, clarified how to serve the dishes. The only thing I didn't like a bit was the amount of oil and salt on the grilled vegetables. There was also a very nice birthday bonus (a sweet compliment from the establishment).
