A large store, we were together with my husband, competent sellers work in each department, excellent girls in the plumbing department, in the electrics department they quickly picked up everything they needed, they quickly calculated at the checkout.Everyone is polite, it is very pleasant to shop in such a store. We will definitely come back again.

It can be difficult to navigate for the first time, there is a large store and a selection of goods. I am pleased with the large number of products on the promotion - the prices are very competitive. The plumbing department staff helped solve my problem by offering several options. When one of the options didn't suit me, we made a refund without any problems. The service is good, just try to treat employees humanly and with understanding, and not from the point of view of "the customer is always right."

Dear management of the mile chain of stores!!! I am complaining about the low professional competence of the sellers of your store in Grodno. Sellers cannot provide the necessary information: * They are not aware of the availability of the product in the store * They cannot explain the key differences between the presented models * Do not have information about specific characteristics. * They give contradictory/uncertain information. And the administrator, who came to the rescue, was completely out of this world, and she didn't answer a single question. Such ignorance of the basic assortment and characteristics of the goods sold is a violation of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection"**, which obliges the seller to provide the consumer with the necessary and reliable information about the goods, ensuring the right choice. This led to the loss of my time, created inconvenience and did not allow me to make an informed purchase decision.
