It's one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The onwers are nice, the rooms are clean, the food is so tasty, the hot and cold water work just fine, and there was a campfire outdoors...

We often visit this guest house and we are incredibly satisfied every time! They always welcome you here with such warmth and hospitality that you feel at home. I would like to mention the owners separately-they are very attentive, kind and caring people. They are always interested in whether everything is well, they are ready to help and try to make their stay as comfortable as possible. The house is always perfectly clean, cozy and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It is very pleasant to come back here again and again, because you know that you will be greeted with a smile and real care. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality, attention and warm attitude! This is the place you want to return to. I definitely recommend it! ❤️

I think it's the most progressive and comfortable B&B in all of Stepanavan! Modern and stylish rooms, excellent Internet connection, a spacious courtyard, as well as a delicious breakfast!!
