We bought a Kratki Floki L fireplace insert from Ligmet Group LLC (in the Senica shopping center). From the first contact, I communicated with the manager Evgeny (Litvin). When choosing, I talked with different companies, but I received full-fledged advice only from him. I wanted a non-standard option, because I don't like modern solutions, just a column with a furnace. It was a difficult task to make a classic symmetrical fireplace with a top shelf using a corner firebox, since the fireplace is located almost in the corner. To solve this problem, Evgeny recommended calling an installation specialist, Alexander. Alexander arrived, answered all my questions about the size, design and recommended what to pay attention to. Evgeny and Alexander showed their expertise both in fireplaces and in their ability to work with clients, so the purchase decision was made. But then problems arose... there was a manufacturer's defect in the fireplace door. I tried to contact Evgeny, because the installation had already begun, but he was on the weekend and got to Andrey's manager. He's the one who's out of place. Andrey told me that if you don't like it, refuse, no one will solve your problem today. Fortunately, Evgeny and Alexander are able to work with clients and quickly called back and solved the issue together. Well done, I can't say anything else! It wasn't easy, but the team worked, the director was involved, special thanks to him, and we found a solution! What is the result? I am a satisfied customer who can recommend 100 Fireplaces as a team represented by director, manager Litvin Evgeny and installation expert Alexander as reliable partners, whom I saw not only when everything is smooth, but also when it is necessary to solve customer problems, and I am not able to do everything! My story is absolutely unpaid))) I live in Brest, this is not the first time I have bought in this store. In 2024, in the fall, I bought a sauna stove (I won't name it). I arrived quickly, there was no way to check it completely at the time. The packaging was successfully installed in the future bathhouse. Due to lack of funding, the installation work was postponed to spring 2025. That's where the fun started. The oven turned out to be, to put it mildly, a little not high-quality at all. I will not go into details, because the point is not in the oven, but in the approach of the manager (maybe the owner, the director), I do not know) of this store named Eugene!!! Despite the fact that more than six months have passed since the purchase, he contacted the representatives of the manufacturer and the issue of replacing the furnace was resolved positively.
