Upravdom: Housing Director is a pixel-art simulator where you run a property management company. Take apartment buildings under your management, hire plumber and electrician crews, keep tenants satisfied and stay out of the red.
Grow your business: add new buildings, unlock city districts, and beat competitors in tenders and at residents' meetings. Carry out capital repairs, prepare for the changing seasons, and respond to night emergencies — burst pipes, roof leaks, elevator breakdowns.
The more buildings you manage and the higher their rating, the stronger your company. Can you become the city's best property manager?
How to play
1. Press ▶ at the bottom — time starts and buildings earn income. 2. In the "Control" tab set the fee and crew dispatch interval, hire workers. 3. Watch tenant satisfaction: handle requests and emergencies on time. 4. Expand: add buildings and unlock new districts. 5. Take part in tenders and residents' meetings to win buildings from rivals. 6. At night, assign crews to emergencies manually. The key is balance: many buildings plus high reputation = a high score.Game info
