ShapeMaster is a minimalist game about rhythm and tap precision.
A shape grows from the centre of the screen, a dashed outline waits around it. One task: press exactly when the edges meet. Miss by a fraction of a second and you try again.
Precision earns stars: 96% clears the level, 98% gives a second star, 99.2% gives three and a burst of confetti. Two stars are required to move on, so random tapping will not get you far.
Every level brings a new shape and a new kind of movement. The shape may brake before the target, jump forward, roll back, fly in from the side or from above. A speed graph is shown before the start — the level can be learned, not guessed.
72 levels are split into six colour-coded chapters, followed by an endless mode. Stars are spent in the shop on helpers and four visual skins. There are 26 achievements, a daily bonus and a player ranking.
How to play
Controls: a single tap (on desktop — mouse, Space or Enter).
Tap once to start the round. The shape begins to grow from the centre. Tap again exactly when its edge meets the dashed outline.
The more precise the tap, the more stars:
96% or higher — one star
98% or higher — two stars
99.2% or higher — three stars
Two stars are required to unlock the next level. Three stars clear a level completely — you can come back for them later through the level map.
A speed graph is shown before the start: it reveals where the shape slows down or speeds up.
Helpers are armed before the round begins:
the magnet halves your error if the tap lands near the outline
slow-mo reduces the shape's speed for the whole round
Buttons at the bottom: level map, shop, ranking, achievements and settings.
