Choose bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, prions, engineered weapons, or special diseases, then select genes and difficulty. Begin in one country and watch the outbreak cross the world through borders, aircraft, and ships. Collect DNA bubbles and spend points on transmission routes, symptoms, and abilities. Adapt to hot, cold, humid, arid, wealthy, and poor regions while governments close borders, airports, and ports. Keep the disease hidden during early growth, react to major events, and stay ahead of scientific research. Special scenarios introduce zombies, intelligent apes, vampires, mind control, fake news, crystal invasions, and global response operations. Every choice changes infectivity, severity, lethality, awareness, and cure progress. Can your creation overcome humanity before scientists stop it?
How to play
Choose a pathogen, difficulty, genes, and starting country. Collect DNA bubbles on the world map and spend DNA on transmission, symptoms, and abilities.
