How to play
Controls - mouse and keyboard. Camera: WASD or arrow keys to move, Q/E or middle mouse button to rotate, scroll wheel to zoom. Build: left mouse button (hold and drag to paint), right click for tile info. Goal - grow your city from a village to a capital and complete 16 objectives. Core loop: Lay roads first - buildings only appear next to them. Place residential zones, then shops and industry. Watch RCI demand, happiness and your budget. Build services and buy new districts. Adjust taxes and take loans when you need a boost. Tips: Do not build everything at once - upkeep grows with building level and drains your treasury. Add roads together with houses, or traffic jams will lower happiness. Schools, hospitals and police work together - one service alone is not enough. Progression: your city earns ranks by population, new specialized districts unlock, and your treasury becomes a reserve for crises and fires. Progress saves automatically.Game info
