About game
"Godbox" is a cozy god simulator where an entire living world fits in the palm of your hand. Create an island or a vast continent, sculpt mountains, forests, rivers and seas — then breathe life into it.
Populate the land with humans, elves, orcs and dwarves, and watch tiny villages grow into mighty kingdoms. Your people are born and fall in love, start families and friendships, believe in their god, set goals for themselves and become heroes. Each one has their own personality, emotions and destiny.
But you are a god, and it's yours to decide what this world will become. Bless your peoples with bountiful harvests and inspiration, or rain down lightning, meteor showers, fires and floods upon the sinful. Ignite wars or grant peace, create new species through mutation, and witness the flourishing of religions and cultures.
Every world is unique and evolves on its own — sit back, get comfortable, and craft your very own history of civilizations.
How to play
• Pick a tool from the toolbar and paint your landscape: add land, water, mountains, forests and deserts. • Populate your world — choose a people (humans, elves, orcs, dwarves) and place inhabitants on the map. • Watch villages grow, unite into kingdoms, trade and wage war. • Wield divine powers: bless, heal, inspire — or send down lightning, fire, meteors and floods. • Camera controls: drag to move the map, zoom with the mouse wheel or pinch on your phone. • Tap any inhabitant to discover their name, personality, relationships and life story. There's no fixed goal — create, experiment, and build worlds however you like!Game info
