About game
Surprisingly, humanity survived the 1999 alien invasion and, after licking its wounds, marched into the future. However, at the moment of the killing of the aliens' supermind on Mars (Cydonia plateau), an immensely powerful signal beam was sent towards Earth, targeting the ocean's darkest depths. In 2040, humanity faced another alien threat. This time, the horror emerged from the deep. The X-Com program was immediately reactivated.
Now, the fight against the invaders would take place underwater (except for attacks on civilian liners or port cities), rendering the technologies from the first war useless. Everything had to start from scratch.
The game features:
- Old-school pixel graphics;
- A complex tech tree;
- Dark atmospheric music;
- Turn-based battles with aliens underwater;
- Four types of aliens.
How to play
Saving Progress:
The game saves your progress locally in the browser's cache. To avoid data loss, it is not recommended to play in incognito mode or use browser settings that clear the cache after closing the browser. Also, note that the Russian and English versions of the game use separate save lists
The gameplay consists of two parts.
1st – strategic management of X-Com bases, assigning research and production, and making decisions to counter alien invaders.
The 2nd part begins when engaging in (or being engaged in) underwater combat with aliens in tactical mode. The player controls their soldiers in turn-based gameplay, aiming for success missions.
Controls on Mobile Devices:
● Cursor movement : Swipe across the screen.
● Left mouse click: Activates when the tap is released.
● On the left, there is a panel through which you can adjust the cursor sensitivity when swiping across the screen, and also bring up the virtual keyboard, for example, to enter a save name.
