About game
"Aliens in the Crosshairs" is a fast-paced vertical pixel-art platformer where you become a soldier defending the planet from an invasion of purple aliens. Move through the levels by firing your rifle and powerful shotgun, using the weapon's recoil to jump and dodge hazards. Avoid spikes, destructible crates and spinning mills. Each level gets more difficult: the number of enemies increases, new traps and mechanisms appear. The game combines simple controls and challenges to develop reaction and strategy. Suitable for kids and teens who love casual action games with a retro aesthetic.
How to play
Objective : Destroy all aliens in the level. Controls : Press the screen or space bar to shoot forwards. The recoil pushes the character backwards, use this to jump between platforms. Move left/right to avoid spikes and enemies. Weapons : Up to level 10 - rifle with precision shot. From level 11 - shotgun, hitting a group of enemies with a wide volley. Features : Destroy crates with shots to open a path. Failure : If you touch the spikes, you lose a life. The level must be completed again. Progression : 24 levels with increasing difficulty, from simple platforms to mazes with moving obstacles.Game info
