Configuring conditions for customer pickup

In the local region

Customer pickup conditions that are applicable to most products in your local region can be configured in your store account or via the API. Customer pickup conditions that differ for individual products can be configured in the price list.

Store account or API

Configuring customer pickup in your store account or via the API:

  • You can specify different pickup conditions (cost and pickup timeframe) for different pickup points.

  • These conditions will be the same for all products.

Example
A store has two pickup points in its local region. The collection cost for the pickup point in the city center is RUB 200, and for the pickup point on the edge of the city it is RUB 100. Yandex.Market will display both pickup points and their collection costs (RUB 200 and RUB 100) for all products.

Price list

Configuring customer pickup in the price list (YML, CSV):

  • You can specify different pickup conditions for different products.

  • These conditions will be the same for all pickup points.

Example
A store has several pickup points in its local region. The collection cost for large household appliances is RUB 500, and for small household appliances it is RUB 200.
For large household appliances, Yandex.Market will display all the pickup points and a collection cost of RUB 500. For small household appliances, the service will display all the pickup points and a collection cost of RUB 200.

Precedence

Data from the price list has greater precedence:

  • If a product has customer pickup conditions listed in the price list, that is the data that Yandex.Market will display.

  • If the price list does not specify customer pickup conditions, Yandex.Market will display the conditions in the store account or in the API.

Example

  • A store account indicates customer pickup conditions for most products: RUB 200, two days.

  • The store's price list indicates customer pickup conditions specifically for large household appliances: RUB 500, one day.

For large household appliances, Yandex.Market will display all the pickup points and the individually specified customer pickup conditions (RUB 500, one day). For all other products, it will display all the pickup points and the generally specified customer pickup conditions (RUB 200, two days).

In other regions

Customer pickup conditions for other regions can only be configured in your store account or via the API.

You can specify different pickup timeframes and collection costs for different pickup points, but they will be the same for all products in the region.

Example

A store is located in Lipetsk and delivers goods to two pickup points in Voronezh. The collection cost for the pickup point in the city center is RUB 200. For the pickup point on the edge of the city, it is RUB 100. Yandex.Market will display both pickup points and their collection costs (RUB 200 and RUB 100) for all products.

You can't specify different customer pickup conditions for different products.

A product is not available for customer pickup or can't be purchased without completing a pre-order

Enter this information in the price list:

YML, CSV

If a product is not available for customer pickup and is only delivered by courier, specify the element pickup with the value false for that product.

If a product can't be purchased in the retail store without a pre-order, specify the element store with the value false for that product.
