For your money, it's the perfect place to just spend the night. The bed linen and towels are clean, the bed is comfortable. All of a sudden, during the entire trip, I slept here the best. A huge plus is the closed territory, it's not scary to leave things right on the motorcycle. Polite ladies at the reception, there is no feeling that I am not welcome even if I check in very late. The carpets are dirty, yes, and there is dust. But it was the cheapest option for an overnight stay, it was stupid to get to every little detail.

I'm not a fan of bad reviews, I try to find at least some advantages everywhere. On the plus side, why are the staff still 2 stars? Running through the reviews confirms this, the girl and the guy from the administration are incredibly pleasant and sincere people who tried in every possible way to help and close their eyes to the many problems of this place. I saw this villa on different booking platforms, and as a result, we were on our way to Gomel and decided to book it for two nights, they called and warned us that we would be very late, in response — no problem, we are waiting at any time. We asked if we needed breakfast, and they said yes. We arrived at 3 a.m., we were checked in, but when I entered the room, all the advantages ended there. Don't believe the photos posted on websites (especially those with a terrace). Not only did we leave the first batch of things inside, but our room no longer opened, the door simply jammed, the receptionist broke it down with a knife, but he successfully managed (the other guests could not stand the noise and left). Only the bed linen was clean in the rooms, that's all. There was a refrigerator in the photo, of course it wasn't there, but again, the administrator kindly took our batteries for the machine refrigerator and cleaned it somewhere in the kitchen (it's shared). Holes in the carpet, uncollected steers on the balcony, a burnt mattress, spiders, plumbing all covered in lime and plaque, the shower barely flowed. The door that was broken down has already been broken down more than once. And if the price were low, we could close our eyes and throw it all away on the fact that business travelers stay here for a couple of nights, but the price tag for a night with breakfast cost us 188 bel.rub. For Russian rubles, 5100 is almost enough. If I had looked at the license plate first, I would have spent the night in the car) Breakfast is not bad, scrambled eggs, bread, sausage, a couple of slices on a sandwich, cheese and vegetables. Two pancakes with jam and made coffee with tea. For two, breakfast cost 18 bel.rub. per person, a total of 36, about a thousand in Russian rubles. In general, just because of the sincere staff, I don't want to directly strangle, but, alas, it is impossible to remain silent. Naturally, we didn't stay the second night and left. I hope these reviews will finally reach somewhere higher, which will update this chaos.

Externally, if viewed from the street, it is beautiful. This is one of the advantages. Minuses:dirt, dust, cold, mold and stink in the shower stall, dirty and greasy wallpaper in the entire room, there is no kettle and a small refrigerator, dirty and stained floor. It's disgusting to walk on such a floor even in slippers. During the 2 weeks of our stay in this "miracle hotel", the bed linen has not been changed even once. There was also no cleaning in the room for 2 weeks. Also, during the 2 weeks of stay here, the TV was turned off 2 times for non-payment. After my first comment, the TV was turned on. It wasn't turned on after 2 times. The price is much higher than in the hotel. But since there were no rooms in the hotel, I had to stay in this pigsty. I do not recommend this "miracle hotel" to anyone.
