The last time, when switching the tariff plan for the Internet, they connected an additional one to me.the Secure Internet service, did not notify me about it, which became paid after 30 days. I wrote a complaint, and I received a reply in the same rude form that an SMS was sent to me, but the fact that it was not delivered for a number of reasons is the client's problem. The audio recording with the consultant is not available because the storage period has expired. And in the end, they added that they can connect additional services to the subscriber as part of promotions in accordance with the established procedure and this is an integral part of the contract concluded between the client and the company.

It's a pity that the connection in Gomel has become very bad, the Internet is constantly disappearing, and the connection is not catching up. I have been using A1 services for over 15 years. But we all understand why the connection in Gomel has become worse, I travel around the Republic of Belarus a lot and I will say that in the Minsk and Vitebsk regions, the Internet works better in the forest than in the center of Gomel.
