On May 12, agent Yulia Melnikova took my mother and me to the facility, where we were shown the cottage and all our questions were answered. We liked that all communication with the agent was natural and unobtrusive, so we calmly examined the plot and the house. We started looking for a cottage a year ago, but according to the photos and prices, we were not satisfied with much. And now we finally saw a good option. This was the first site that we decided to look at. At a meeting with the owners of the cottage, the agency's director, Tatiana Pavlyukovich, explained all the details and checked the documents, which made us very happy and reassured. We had never contacted an agency before, and the whole process was exciting for us. Every meeting with the owners and signing of papers was always accompanied by the director. They answered all our questions and clarified all the points. On June 12, we were given the keys and a technical passport. There was little excitement during this time. It took longer to collect the documents for applying for a loan. Before choosing an agency, I noticed that the United Center has a lot of good reviews compared to other agencies. This aroused confidence, although I had never heard of this company before. The agency's office was located in the BTI building itself, which was very convenient.
