I wanted to write a good review about the hotel upon check-out, but I ran into fraud and theft at the hotel. The dates of stay are from December 31 to January 3, the necessary condition for checking in and issuing room keys: a deposit of 10 euros per night for a minibar. Since Russians don't have credit cards in Europe, I left 30 euros in cash. They didn't give me any receipt, believing that they wouldn't have given me the room key if I hadn't left a deposit. I was given a room key. When checking out at 3 a.m. on January 3, she asked for a refund of the deposit and the employee did not see the deposit information in the system. I conclude that the employee who gave out the room key took the money for himself, violated the law that after depositing money at the hotel's cash desk, the guest must be given a check. The money was never returned. I hope that Europe's oldest Kremslehner family, which owns this hotel, does not enrich itself with guest deposits and the staff will find a way to return the money to me.

It's too expensive for such a modest service, breakfast is not bad, but at a cheaper hotel (near Regina) breakfast was many times better. The only good thing about Regina is the lobby area.
