Rave reviews are left either by those who have never eaten proper ramen or by those who have never tried it before. There is only salt in the broth (the local reading of umami is obvious), the portion is small, soy sprouts are added by default, there is almost no pork and spiciness in spicy pork ramen. Yes, and quite a lot has been embellished about the staff, nothing friendly and over-polite has been found.
