But I didn't come to force us to accept, I signed up, as expected, through the contact number listed on the website. By his whole appearance and tone, the employee indicated that he did not want to have anything to do with us. 2. No one warned me about the ingredients, although I spoke on the phone about the event twice. In fact, there were no cucumbers, tomatoes, or mushrooms. Of course, if I had known, I would have ordered everything in advance. I also want to say that the ingredients for the table were served by us and the girl-presenter. That is, we served ourselves. 3. The presenter of the master class. A nice sweet girl, a child, but not a presenter. She didn't say a word except for the phrases roll it out like this, smear it with this, apply toto. She ran confused between two tables. It felt like it was her first time. I had to connect the classroom and the parents and keep the children occupied ... 4. From the point of view of the organization, it was not thought out to put the children at the tables at the entrance. I especially recommend visiting closer to closing time — for example, at 22:30, as my friend and I did on August 3. The ride is guaranteed. Waiter Varvara, the star of the evening, made it clear from the doorway that it was not customary to wait here. We politely asked for some time before ordering, to which we received an ingenious response — a barely audible and absolutely inflexible "no, you can't." Apparently, it is forbidden to think about the menu in Tempo — thinking is not encouraged here at all. Further — more. We made an order (not a sumptuous banquet, but a modest pizza, a couple of cans of beer, ice cream and tea). A couple of minutes after the food was served, the countdown began. Varvara regularly came to our table, like a stopwatch at a marathon: "We're closing soon," "Drinks are forbidden," "Hurry up." It's like we're not customers, but employees of a fired competitor who accidentally walked into the kitchen. To my remark, "Excuse me, how do you imagine drinking a liter of beer in 2 minutes?" — Varvara replied with a laugh. Seriously. Laughter in the face. Probably, the corporate style of communication in Tempo is sarcasm instead of service. But, fortunately, everything was resolved: the administrator (the stern goddess of permissions) was called, who, with a creaking heart, allowed to take one closed can of beer with her. But she warned me sternly that this was an exception. Perhaps it's worth putting this in your passport: "Once in my life I took a beer from Tempo, I can't do it anymore." And the highlight of this evening was ice cream. It was impossible to finish it on the spot (which, of course, is logical, because it is an inherent threat to the cleanliness of the establishment 15 minutes before closing). I had to beg for a cup, but of course no one offered me a spoon. Varvara even giggled: "This is the first time I've seen them take ice cream with them." Apparently, it's customary in Tempo to leave dessert hostage. I rarely write negative reviews, but this is the case when rudeness is so artistic that it is simply impossible to ignore it. Dear management, if your employees are in a bad mood, this is not a reason to broadcast it to all customers in a row. This is called unprofessionalism. And also — the lack of basic politeness and respect. P.S. The name Tempo, apparently, speaks for itself. But this is not about the speed of service, but about the speed at which they want to escort you out. An excellent choice for those who want to feel superfluous.
