I came to the branch on sq.m.Dimitrov. The lady at the reception desk is clearly a former employee of some rural clinic! I raised my voice and behaved impudently and not quite adequately, as if I were a local idiot and had come to do the procedures for free! A private clinic and such a shame!!! I didn't see any difference from polyclinic No. 9, where they yell the same way and send them far away... Disgusting, the desire to visit this institution has disappeared! I don't recommend it!

Be careful, Corvis in Luhansk: pumping out money instead of real help I would like to warn everyone who is faced with serious vision problems against contacting the Corvis eye center. Our experience has been extremely bitter and disappointing. We contacted this center about my husband's terminal painful glaucoma. We were very quickly "processed" and offered a laser operation, assuring us of its necessity. We paid 2,500 rubles for the appointment, and the procedure itself cost 33,000 rubles. On July 31, at Stary Bolsheviki, 31, we waited 2.5 hours for the reception. The operation itself, which was performed by Starodutseva Anna Yurievna, took literally 10 minutes. At the time of the intervention, my husband's eye pressure was 24. Two weeks passed, but instead of relief, it only got worse: the pain did not go away, and the pressure jumped to 44. Today we had an appointment with the head of the center, Grigory Vladimirovich Pantileev, hoping for a constructive dialogue and a refund for an ineffective (and, as it turned out, questionable) procedure. However, he flatly refused to return the money. The most outrageous thing is that in the terminal stage of glaucoma, laser treatment is often ineffective and short—lived - in such cases, doctors usually recommend microsurgery. They didn't tell us a word about it. It seems that the thirst for profit for Corvis employees is much higher than the health of patients. We were simply misled by the suggestion of an operation that was practically useless in our case. It is a pity that people lose their conscience and professional ethics in the pursuit of profit. Avoid this center if you don't want to lose money and permanently undermine your health.
