I was also outraged by the disregard for people, when ordering, it feels like you're talking to a wall. When ordering, they confused my shawarma with someone else's. I can't say anything flattering about the food itself either: the shawarma in size L is absolutely identical to size XL, although it was paid 2 rubles more. Most likely, they just cooked me a small one instead of a medium one. In addition, the shawarma is wet to the touch, after eating half of it, it just starts to flow. They don't give her napkins. The meat is relatively good, but the other disadvantages cover it completely. The waiting time is also not encouraging - 25 minutes, although there are few people. And yet, the food is being prepared somewhere around the corner, which also negatively affects the overall impression.
