Pretty Hotel in Prague. Enough parking spaces. Nice breakfast and clean rooms. Not far from wenceslas place.

My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Unfortunately, it was nothing but negatives; the place doesn't even deserve three stars: 1. Dirty, dusty rooms; 2. Crumpled towels just tossed in the bathroom upon arrival; 3. Even after housekeeping, the towels were left crumpled. It felt like the cleaner was just picking them up off the floor and putting them back; 4. No toiletries (they only restocked them when I asked), no disposable slippers, no toothbrush/toothpaste kits, etc. No bathrobes! Seriously—is this what a four-star hotel offers?)) 5. Housekeeping might simply skip cleaning the room; I had to complain to the front desk staff about it; 6. No hot water at night for three days in a row—I guess they’re cutting costs)); 7. The hallway lights weren't working; I told the receptionist immediately, but she didn't react at all—apparently, that’s normal for a 4-star hotel; 8. They put me in the worst room—right by the exit on the ground floor (soundproofing was non-existent; I could hear people coming and going all night)—even though I had requested a room on a higher floor; 9. Also, I had requested a double bed, but got two singles instead. When I asked why, the receptionist just stood there blinking blankly, offering no explanation. Very professional!)); 10. The final straw was the packed lunch upon checkout. I was leaving early and asked for a packed lunch for the road. Hotels usually offer this service, and this one did too. They brought me a crumpled bag containing what looked like table scraps. Cupcakes and yogurt were just tossed together without any packaging—a total jumble, like a pigsty. I really wonder: aren't the people responsible ashamed of work like this? It’s simply disgraceful. Now for the positives: 1. Truly good, hearty, and appetizing breakfasts—absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was in abundance; 2. The hotel's location (right in the center). A 12–15 minute walk to the main square. All in all, decide for yourselves, but I feel it is my duty to issue a warning before you visit this place. It is just one big, sorry mess.

At first they didn't put us in the nicest room, but at our request, the next morning they gave us another room, for which we were very grateful. Breakfasts: salads, sausage, ham, cheese, hot sausages and sausages, omelets or vegetables, yoghurts, fruits, muesli, cereals and a large number of sweet pies and buns. I was very pleased with the presence of different mustard (it is very tasty in the Czech Republic). Speaking of rooms: everything is in classic style, no pathos)) The TV is ordinary, it catches only 1 Russian NTV channel, but for some reason some series are shown there. Wi-Fi in the first room (on the 5th) floor did not catch at all, but in another room (on the 4th floor) it caught, but weakly. I had to make WhatsApp calls to go to the first floor in the hall. The girls at the reception speak Russian, which pleased me. In general, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I would like to thank our maid Tatiana, who was always courteous and friendly and provided us with daily comfort in our room.
