Level 2 Local Expert

A new modern hotel, feels like a strong foursome. Pleasant polite staff, the room was clean and tidy. The only thing I didn't like was that there are no rooms with separate beds in the hotel. It's not very convenient.

Nice hotel, nice room design. But! Poor level of service, which is very sad! Poor-quality cleaning, it became dirty everywhere((( Too bad there is no room service. Previously, breakfast was brought and served in the room (we are talking about the highest category of rooms), now they don't even bring coffee ((( I would like everything to be raised to a good level, since this is the only hotel of this level in the republic and it is a pity that it gets worse every year((( Ps: the shower in the bathroom has not worked for three years!!!

Nice, clean hotel with friendly service. The location is convenient (city center), near a park with entertainment for children and delicious ice cream in cafes. I recommend the rooms on the second floor with a view of the fountain square and the mountain ridge - the most picturesque. Fresh food, delicious, comfortable. There is a conference room.gym and spa area.
