I want to share my impression of a vacation in the UAE in one of the emirates of Ras Al Khaimah at the Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island 4* hotel in April 2022 1. When contacting Intercity two days before a completely unplanned vacation, Victoria and her colleagues did everything so that our vacation would not burn down. There were no plane tickets during this period and we could only count on covid and refuseniks who got sick, but for this they need to monitor the situation constantly. And they sent us safely to a place and a hotel, which my daughter and I did not regret. The hotel is located on the spit, with the sea on both sides. A wonderful wide beach, equipped, the entrance to the sea is gentle without abrupt transitions. There is a swimming pool with excellent sea views. The food is decent and varied .There is a walking area and a bike path next to the hotel.A walk along the embankment can bring pleasant surprises and you will meet walking foxes on the embankment parapet. The morning sunrise and evening sunset are amazing. A place for family holidays, not a party place, without cafes and loud music.More relaxation. But everything is an hour away. Dubai. We diversified our vacation with a day trip to Dubai in a convertible, during the whole day we saw all the main attractions and spent the day at the dolphinarium, where we swam with dolphins in an embrace and visited the water park. The rest took place in 7 days. It would be more tedious. We were in April, the weather was comfortable. Thanks to Victoria and the guys for a spontaneous but very memorable vacation.

Zero tour organization. We flew with this company to Sri Lanka in January 2022, faced with zero tour organization, and absolute disinterest in helping us with solving emerging issues, both by the Sri Lankan side and by the local office where we ordered the tour. In short: 1. The company "presented" tickets to the Expo-2022 exhibition in Dubai, upon arrival it turned out that 2 of our tickets came with the same code + were sold two months earlier by other people in general. It took about 2 hours to find out this information there, when contacting our agent, they heard only indifference "well, don't go", this is not our mistake 2. Upon arrival at night in Colombo, no one met us, but all 4!!! The numbers on duty were not answered. As a result, after 1.5 hours of running around the airport through another operator, we boarded some kind of bus, which agreed to bring us. When calling the Inter City operator, you heard: "Well, you've sat down somewhere, so it's OK." 3. All the time, when faced with some questions, the phone numbers were answered for a long time and seemed to read "between the lines", sometimes changing the information 4. After passing the PCR, 2 test results were sent to us and 1 was not with our last name, (i.e., without our verification, it could only be found at the airport!) 5. On the day of departure, problems arose with the transfer again, he just did not know cornyly who he should take, neither the full name nor the room number. The departure was scheduled at 5.15 am, as a result, only 5.50 am the driver said that he was waiting for us after all and would take us to the shared bus. A little more and this bus would have left without us, they were right next to each other at the airport. At the same time, the numbers on duty did not answer either. At first, we wanted to resolve the issue of arrival peacefully, because the tour was very expensive + it was our honeymoon. They listened to us, took the information and documentation, and for 1.5 months they did not receive any answers from that side. On a second visit to the travel agency to write a statement in the complaint book, they began to tell us that Sri Lanka works like this, that the travel agency was not responsible for the transfer and in general we came during the 10% promotion! I.e. apparently they think that since we got into the promotion period, then you can not perform your services at all conscientiously and just don't give a damn about the client. In general, draw your own conclusions, but we will not take the risk and go again with this company, and feel that they spit on you after receiving the money.
