We were unable to use our visit to Saunia Thermal Resort because of unclear booking conditions. The voucher is only issued with up to a 24-hour delay, so same-day entry is not possible, but this is not clearly communicated before payment. At the reception we were told we would need to buy new tickets if we still wanted to enter. Also, a child ticket is required even for a 3-month-old baby, at the same price as older children, which felt unreasonable given the very limited usability for infants. Overall, the process is confusing and not transparent, and we ended up not being able to use the service at all. Worst spa/swimming pool area in Europe that I have visited — staff and on-site management are unhelpful, only referring to rules without offering any further assistance. All questions regarding online booking can only be resolved during business hours, including refund requests for tickets.

I've been staying at this spa hotel for 4 years in a row! Everything is fine! And treatment, and nutrition, and a spa, and a huge swimming pool! I hope to come back again!!!

My friends and I have been vacationing at this hotel for 11 years. We are satisfied with the service, the relationships of the staff, and the treatment!!! The rooms are comfortable, the corridors are wide, and many floors have already been renovated. The restaurant is delicious and has a variety of dishes!
