I ordered delivery from this restaurant, which included a shawarma with rib meat (410g) for 3400 AMD. After I received the order, I was perplexed by the size of the portion, it clearly did not match the description. I decided to check the weight using a kitchen scale. The result was 280g instead of the 410g declared, the difference is impressive for such a price! I do not recommend ordering street food in this place)

We ordered food from the Frank by Basta restaurant through the delivery service. Among other things, there was a salad meant for my child. To our horror, a live worm was found in the salad. This is absolutely unacceptable and indicates a gross violation of sanitary standards. We contacted the restaurant, but received only a formal apology without explanation. This attitude towards clients and their health is unacceptable. The restaurant positions itself as a place with high—quality cuisine, but in reality it is a complete disappointment and a danger to health. It is especially alarming that a child has been injured. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Basta is cool. His ribs are the best. You immediately feel at home in Moscow at the Depot. But, unfortunately, it's still a quest to book a table. Employees prefer not to pick up the phone, not to answer WhatsApp. It's sad that the service is suffering.

Frank by Basta in Yerevan is a real miracle ! I am impressed by the atmosphere, the service and, of course, the dishes. The interior creates a cozy atmosphere, an ideal meeting with friends. The service staff is attentive and professional. I was served by several waiters, but both of them left a special impression. There was a girl, her name was Dasha, she was very attentive and comfortable and there was one guy, I think an Armenian, Suren, he took an order from us and advised very tasty ribs and was very friendly and comfortable. Excellent cuisine, lousy service. The waiters don't really know the composition of the dishes and the format of serving. The child was broken off with the coloring book promised in social networks — it's over (probably, you need to keep an eye on this?) The request to pour one apricot ale into two glasses (my wife and I don't drink much) was discussed at the bar with laughter, they laughed out loud. Against this background, 10% on top for service looks like a mockery. In general, basta! — we won't come again.
