On March 7, I ordered 3 bouquets of tulips with delivery on March 8, they clarified that there were a limited number of selected flowers available, but nevertheless they agreed on everything and agreed to send me the payment details on the evening of the same day. The next day (it's already a holiday, time is running out), without receiving a message, I write myself asking if everything is in force and how I can pay for the flowers. It turns out that the selected colors are no longer there, there was a problem with the delivery. I didn't understand how this was related, considering that we were discussing the flowers that were available. They offered to collect bouquets of flowers in other shades, but everything was passed by. I understand that there is a high workload these days, but why take an order that cannot be completed, and also notify about it only after a message from my side. The service was disappointing.
