Shish kebab is not on the grill, but fried. Just lumps of fat and veins. Khachapuri is not from the oven, but in a frying pan (like a big fat white man). Khinkali - I don't say anything at all. I couldn't eat, I just tried, and I had heartburn for another 3 days.
