It's a good gym. We go with my husband. On weekdays after 6 p.m. there are a lot of people and it causes some discomfort, and on weekends there are few people and generally a buzz. The training time is unlimited. There is a possibility of personal training with a trainer or group classes. I study on my own. And one big minus is that the coaches don't give a damn about you. I believe that if they clearly see that someone is doing something wrong in particular, then they can give good technical advice without additional payment.

Pros: there are all the necessary simulators and they are all in good condition. There are a lot of dumbbells of different weights, two racks with a barbell, there is chalk, which is rare for halls. There is a lot of free space. Cons: there are not enough plastic locks for the neck, in my opinion there is only one such one for one room, all the others are iron with weight. The main disadvantage is that pancakes are always randomly scattered in the gym on different simulators. Most of the time spent in the gym is spent not on training, but on finding the necessary pancakes. You can at least stick flyers asking you to clean up after yourself. It is clear that for "special" people it will be in vain, but perhaps it will work the tenth time.

Let's move on, in my case, to the women's locker room. Opening the door, it immediately catches the eye that the mirror hanging by the door perfectly reflects the girls changing clothes and this is visible from the corridor through the open door, as well as that the way from the locker to the shower lies through an uncovered space in front of the door, which is opened from time to time into the common corridor. We go to the gym, I'm in it for the first time, I couldn't identify if there was a coach on duty in the gym: no identification marks, no greeting and identification of myself in this role; I had to navigate completely on my own. The simulators that I happened to use: it was unusual that the weights were not in kg (although duplicated with stickers), there were simulators that frankly required attention: some had backs dangling, for example (B - safety!). There are many more things that can be listed, and almost everything is not in favor of this hall, it is very strange to see in the reviews that this is the best hall in the city, if so, then it is scary to imagine that in the rest. Politeness, friendliness, and customer care are clearly not the strong suit of the staff of this institution. Oh yes, for girls: 94 lockers, 1 low-power hair dryer.

The interests of bodybuilders are completely infringed. 1. There are two identical bench presses. Both are not according to the latest GOST, it is not convenient to do large weights on it. Bodybuilders will understand me (the bench is narrow; there are no height adjustments for either the bench or the rack; the rack overhangs at an angle; there is no platform for the belayer). 2. There is no normal Scott bench. That's how it is. It's a classic!!!! The very basics of any gym. At the same time, there is no bicep simulator, nor just a classic (even the most elementary) Scott bench. 3. There are no normal bars (only low ones, as part of the simulator). 4. There is no classic horizontal bar. 5. There is no belt on which the weights cling. There are a lot of stupid simulators. Next: The music system definitely needs to be updated with the installation of more powerful speakers. These are already wheezing unpleasantly. The floor covering has risen in places. It can be seen (that not today), but no one is in a hurry to correct him. And this can lead to bruises. In general, the hall can be brought to mind with minimal cost. I just need to dig in a little bit. For today, it feels like there is no owner. It was thrown on its own, probably, to the girl administrators. Well, I won't tell you about the shower and toilet (they don't come to the gym for that). I just recommend the owner of the establishment to look there. It feels like when we first started, we invested (not our soul) money and desire (to earn). Now everything goes by gravity and is used as a cash cow. My opinion is subjective. Probably wrong. But I have such associations. Good luck to everyone ;) PS: I'm sorry if I offended anyone. I didn't want to, honestly. The purpose of the review is to convey the problems to the management of the institution. I hope the review will serve as an impetus for certain actions, and not a demotivator.

The room itself is small, very hot, and there is one huge fan, which doesn't help unless you stand right under it. The famous room with the big windows is terrible, the windows are dirty, the window sills are dirty. The cardio area is small and scattered throughout the gym. It's not clear where to practice with dumbbells, everything is packed with simulators, by the way, there is very little space between them, and when there are a lot of people, you can't walk at all. There is only one toilet in the locker room, although it would not hurt to make at least one more. In general, I definitely do not recommend it, I'm going back to atom!

If you want to be completely disappointed in fitness, you are here, or rather to the trainer Dedov Maxim! Dedov Maxim is not a coach, but the main gossip in the club, ridicules clients, condemns and calls them names behind their backs, and sometimes to their face. The coach is not competent "with 20 years of experience", gives the same training to everyone, without taking into account the characteristics of the client. The coach can easily not show up for training, suddenly reschedule when you are already at the club. The coach never shows technique, and when a client does something wrong, he starts laughing at the whole club. The staff at the club is not friendly.
