The second time we decided to order entrance doors. We have mentally prepared for the deadlines, we decided that we can wait here (we are not in a hurry) We chose the doors and moved on to choosing the door slopes, the consultant girl from the box on the table showed us different door slopes, chose them in the form of slats, issued them, paid for them and left to wait (AN IMPORTANT NOTE was that the measurer from their organization said he would do EVERYTHING, the consultant calculated the number of slopes together with him, and installation + slopes would cost to us in (for example, 500 grand, I don't specify the exact amount specifically, but this information is important too) On Friday, we call and agree on the day of installation, he says Monday, we agree and wait, on Monday no, we call him, he says he will arrive on Tuesday at 10 a.m., okay, we say and wait; on Tuesday at 10:00 he is not there, we call, he says I will be at 11, at 11 he says what will happen at 12, in the end, he arrives at 14, removes the doors and says that he has an appointment with the dentist and will go now, and he will arrive at 4 further for the installation, we agree (we are all people, anything happens) In fact, he arrives at 6 p.m. and says that he will not install slopes, he does not know how, call the build and decide, they tell us that these are not slopes and who advised them to us, and if we want them, then we need to pay ANOTHER 1000 for the installation. We refused. No one wanted to resolve the situation peacefully, they almost agreed to make a return of the slopes, the entrance was broken up and nothing was removed.(although it was included in the installation cost).
